  I would 100% recommend doing business (renting storage) with Carolina Storage in Spring Lake, NC. Roxanne is great! She is communicative and very understanding (especially when “life” happens). The building is well-kept and it is a comfortable environment. -Kennedy

  Roxanne (property manager) was great. We were at another local storage facility and wanted to switch. Originally rented a unit from 2nd local facility and when called for gate code after renting online they told us they dont have climate controlled available yet. Used Google and quickly found this facility. Was able to book online and within minutes had clear information and how to get moved in ASAP. Roxanne was cleaning the facility when I had called so as soon as she saw my missed call ( only 4 min later) returned my call but also sent me a detailed email with all info I needed to get checked in. Best part was she gave me her direct cell to reach her anywhere on property anytime. Arrived for check in and check in was very quick and so easy. She explained it so well there was no questions even possible to ask. She walked us to the unit to make sure we found it and helped me get the lock started (had never used this kind of lock this facility uses before). The property office keeps drinks and snacks on hand for free as well which could come in handy on a heavy move day or just needing a pick me up. Entire facility ( that I saw which was the parking lot, office and alot of the first floor) was very very clean. No trash anywhere and "smelled" clean. She also explained where other entrances/exits were and the bathrooms too. Price for my 10x10 unit was $40 cheaper per month than what id been paying elsewhere and was 5 foot wider. So far 0 complaints at all.

  Roxanne was so personable and knowledgeable about the units and location. The whole place is very clean and I truly feel like our belongings are going to be in good hands. The entire process of renting a unit was seamless from start to finish.

  Roxanne is amazing. She’s very polite and so sweet. She worked her magic getting me into a storage unit at the last minute and I’m so grateful for that. The storage facility is very very clean. It smelled so good when I went on the tour. For those reasons I gave her 5 ⭐️’s she deserves it. Thank you ma’am! 💜
