- KDKimberly DoranFeb 28, 20235.0I was there with my niece while she was looking for furniture. The floor salesman, Tyler, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He helped make things super easy for my niece and nephew. He wasn't overbearing but kept check on us and answered all of my nieces questions. They were down a delivery driver but still were able to squeeze my niece in on the route. Tyler and Benard delivered the furniture that evening and were very helpful in setting it up and very mindful of the carpets when bringing in furniture. The experience was definitely a positive for my niece and nephew. I was pretty impressed with the salesman, Tyler. Excellent visit.

He will get a rude attitude. Then cancel your order. Never had a so called so rude. Never will shop at a Aaron's again. Completely rude staff. Can't deliver promise. Then cancel your order

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
