Three days in a row, emails saying they are coming tomorrow, 8-8 to deliver. And no show. I was told they use 3rd party delivery and don’t really have any control. You are better off buying from Amazon or Builders First Source or Home Depot.

I personally can't stand coming to this store and it starts in the parking lot. First they reserved spaces for handicapped, then military, then for those too lazy to shop for themselves. What's next, reserved parking for left handed kids with snotty noses? Paying customers who want to actually walk in and shop should not be forced to park 100 yards from the door! Then they section off several rows of prime parking for bags of dirt, mulch and ferilizer! Then you go INSIDE and find out "home improvement" items have been cut to make room for a Carhart showroom and half a grocery store? Add all that to the "can't be bothered" staff and the devaluation of the "Pro" status and there just aren't many reasons to visit Lowes anymore. So here's to hoping Menards eventually shows up and puts these clowns out of their misery AND..."Long life Oak Island Hardware!"

Twice now, I have ordered from this store to have something delivered, and they take the order, take my money, but the product does not get delivered when promised. The latest example is I get finally get a text at 4pm that says "driver picked it up", but hours later the app tracking status show it is still at the store, with a notice that says it's delayed, while still showing an estimated delivery time of 11am. Now I'm stuck without a kitchen faucet for over a day and nothing to do about it. Should have ordered Walmart.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
