- EEElizabethAug 1, 20261.0Poor customer service each time I’ve been in. I stopped in today to pick up three things. I get to checkout and they have two lanes open. One with a “co-manager” Arthur and I think it was and a female worker at a single register. There were four people in each line. The co manager and the female took two people ahead of me. The female worker separated and went to open another register. She took the person in front of me in line. I then, still patiently waiting, stay in the line where the co manager was on the register. Another customer comes up behind me and goes to the female workers register. No big deal I’m in line to be helped next. Wrong. I get up to the co managers line and he tells me to go to the female workers register instead. He points to the lane closed sign that is not even visible as it is behind a rack mind you. I was then behind the customer that just walked up to the register. Total checkout time for 3 items being 10 minutes is ridiculous. The interaction at check out did not make up for it as it was terrible. Barely acknowledged my existence. I would rather travel to another location than spend another moment in this store where they obviously do not value customers. If any member of management or corporate would actually like to view this interaction I checked out at around 4:05 pm on 08/01.
