I went to Lowes at 8 pm today. And the 2 young men who helped me were very helpful and nice. One man cut a board I needed. And when it wouldn't fit in my car another after trying to fit it, I asked for it to be cut again. He did and loaded it in my car. Both were super nice. Thank guys. Made my trip to Lowe's easy.

Went there to return a $60.00 water filter on Tuesday 4/14 that was purchased at another Lowe’s store. The young lady found a problem that the other Lowe’s had rung up the wrong filter and it was past 90 days past the purchase date. She called the manager on duty for help. When he arrived his first words to me were”what do you way”. He proceeded to be rude in his spiel. The $60 means nothing to me but I spend thousands every year at various Lowe’s and have made the decision that my wife and I as retired military will shop elsewhere.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
