  So I just seen a black Sparkle cleaning van off of Lafayette Street working in a building she come outside with these mop buckets and pour the mop buckets in the River drainage in the road contaminated in our drinking water the drinking Supply and she's also contaminating the rivers in the ocean in the true sad part about all this the lady was looking around making sure nobody was watching her as she was doing this she knows she was doing something wrong but she did it anyway I have video footage but I don't know how to share it here

  Chelsy and Traci make an outstanding team! This was our first cleaning, and I was genuinely impressed. As a business owner myself, I don’t always have the time or patience to keep up with my own home—but they came in, got right to work, and delivered great results. On top of that, they were both friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this cleaning company. I scheduled an estimate, but they canceled last minute, using the excuse that "my child has to go to the doctor." While I understand that emergencies happen, the lack of communication was unacceptable. They didn't reply to any of my messages for weeks, which left me feeling ignored and unvalued as a potential customer. My time is limited and important. They claim to be a cleaning company with multiple employees, but if that were true, someone should have been available to show up for the estimate. This has led me to believe that they may not be a legitimate business, but rather a one-person operation.It really seems like this company operates on a whim, which is definitely not how to run a business.Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

  Sparkles team are amazing ! They are very thorough and are always receptive of any additional requests we have. They are so friendly and always smiling even to our barking dachshund and call him by name. Always on time . Cleaning is exceptional. I’ve had health issues recently and they have been so helpful to me if I needed a hand. My husband and I are so grateful for their service and are never disappointed.
