Lowes customer care of shelby did a terrible job in helping resolve my vendor shipping issue. Was told I ; the customer must contact the vendor directly on an order placed through their (lowes)website. I returned over 2,000$ in purchases from Garda wave spa due to being run around from vendor to lowes automated holiness. I will forever shop at HOME DEPOT and not spend a dime at lowes online or in store..in any state for that matter. LOWES does not hold up to their mishandled third party shipment mishaps and th e y pass the problems onto their consumers by doing so..
