If you plan on purchasing ANY serialized electronics of any form, DOCUMENT THEM. If your electronic has an issue, and it’s under warranty, they will TRY to deny that it’s covered. Once they succumb to reality, and take back the product THEY SOLD YOU UNDER WARRANTY, they will TRY to trick you by replacing that electronic with another one from their home inventory. THE ONE THEY TRY TO REPLACE IT WITH WILL BE A REPO!!! Meaning, they’ve taken that product from another client due to delinquency on payments. THATS ILLEGAL! I am reporting this specific location and its associates to the BBB, and have them thoroughly investigated. RAC, your days are numbered here. ~ a very educated, and disgruntled PREVIOUS customer.
- BCBillybadazz76 CooldaddyApr 21, 20181.0Got the 55" 4k ultra HD TV and Xbox one package took 7 days to receive the TV and Xbox the delivery driver asked if I want to hook it up or if I needed him to hook it up I said I could I in box the TV put the legs on set it where I wanted it plugged everything in turned it on as the TV turns on the screen has a white wavy plad pattern in the screen no picture. I called the store and talked to skip told him what happened now because I work 9 to 6 everyday who knows when I'll be able to get it fixed or replaced. Skip said he would send someone out Monday after 6 to hook up the TV so if it doesn't work how long do I have to wait for a replacement.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
