Large appliance (refrigerator) originally ordered from University Parkway, Winston-Salem because I've always had fantastic experience with them. Warehouse problem resulted in delivery from Charlotte to Salisbury store #495. In addition to a week delivery delay, the delivery men as well as delivery store staff were rude and unprofessional, the opposite of experiences with Winston and Lexington stores. The Salisbury team completely ignored and refused to provide services I had been told and am still being told by Winston store to expect.
If reasonable option were available, refrigerator would have been returned right after delivery with a substitute coming from another store.

I had such a great experience at Lowe’s today, thanks to Donald! I initially had someone helping me who didn’t seem very interested in assisting me, but thankfully, he connected me with Alejandro, who was willing to help. Donald then went above and beyond! He helped me with the plywood cuts, gave me great suggestions, answered my questions, and even helped me load everything into my car.
Lowe’s definitely needs more people like Donald! His kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help made such a difference. I truly appreciate everything he did and will definitely be coming back because of the wonderful service he provided.

I went in Lowe's last Monday which would have been the 17th of August I went over to the lumber department and two guys were standing there talking on the insulation aisle and when I asked for help they said I'm just going to have to wait until they get done stocking so I decided to give them time and waited about 15 to 20 minutes when I walk back over there they were gone so I decided to walk back up front and I asked for a manager and Matt came to help me I told him what was happening as we proceeded to walk back to Lumber the guy was standing there and had an obvious attitude I told him I needed some three quarter inch plywood cut so he loaded the materials and we walk back to the saw he got the cuts wrong so I had to show him how to read a ruler and the market and cut it my other half then told me just leave it alone and let's get it in check out so going up front we saw all the people standing in line and we waited there for more than 20 minutes and the girl could not even get one person checked out as people were leaving their things and putting them back because they couldn't get checked out that's what we're waiting the same guy with the bad attitude pulled a forklift right up against my handicap wife's electric cart about a foot away while it was running and kept telling us we had to move there was no place to go with so many people around and she was coughing her head off from the exhaust from the forklift such a dangerous thing for your employees to do you would think you would train them better so we decided to go to the front register and I tried telling the girl that there what was going on and she said that's because Lowe's is cutting all the employees' hours so much and there's not enough people to work well I'm not going to continue shopping here to be treated this way by the employees Lowe's you need to do better and train your employees at this store and have enough employees there to provide customer service

Matt is truly a wonderful manager, and it shows in the way his team treats customers. Jasiel, Brandon, and Ash always go above and beyond to answer my questions, help me find what I need, and make sure I leave the store satisfied. Their patience, kindness, and willingness to help really stand out.
Customer service like this makes such a difference, and I genuinely appreciate the way these four make every visit a great experience. Lowe’s Salisbury is lucky to have such a wonderful manager and team!
