Am late writing this review because of a medical issue, but thought it was important to still submit. Let me first give a huge shout out to Ian, he deserves all recognition. My wife and I went by on 5/29/26 to search for a new stove. As with anything else nowadays, the options are huge and many. My wife and I was overwhelmed by the many brands, styles and features since our last purchase of one 15 years ago. We were just wondering around when Ian came over and offered his assistance. He helped us narrow our search by taking the time to really understand what features we would like to have, answer our many questions and never came across as wanting to just sell us anything. He truly took his time with us and never made us feel rushed. His day was over and had to leave, but told us he would be there the following day. We made our decision overnight and went back the following day to make the purchase and made sure we went when Ian was there and available. The whole experience was amazing and will say again that Ian was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Deserves 100% recognition.

Incredible experience today with two people that work here. Thanks for the hug! My niece had just called me while shopping. She had a liver transplant 3 weeks ago, the call was overwhelming. Also, someone working noticed me aimlessly looking lost. Retired person with alot of time to finally create things you've never had time to before. Hug your dogs. You guys know who you are. I had a very frustrating experience with Lowe’s Salisbury Store #495 regarding an appliance order.
I received a call from Alexia, the Delivery Manager, saying the store had a water leak and wanted to cancel my appliance order. Instead of trying to fulfill the order from another Lowe’s location or coordinating internally to deliver the appliances from available inventory, the solution presented to me was cancellation.
That is unacceptable customer service. A store-level issue should not become the customer’s problem, especially when Lowe’s has multiple locations and should have the ability to coordinate fulfillment from another store.
This experience made it feel like Lowe’s was making it unnecessarily difficult for me to shop there rather than trying to help complete an order I placed in good faith. Customers should not have to push Lowe’s to solve basic fulfillment issues internally.
Very disappointing experience with the Salisbury Lowe’s appliance delivery process.
