  Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience for us, as they failed to accept responsibility for something that was very clearly their fault. We gave them our gator to repair for minor problems, and we received it with two gashes in the plastic fender. When we brought it to their attention, they refused to accept any fault. We were not in town or present at the time of them repairing our vehicle, so it is impossible for it to have happened under our supervision. It is incredibly disappointing that they will not own up to their mistake, as all we would like is some sort of acknowledgment and apology.

  I don't like having to do this, but the owner of Scott's Tractor and Equipment Company in Reidsville, NC leaves me no choice. We could have settled this over the phone but he refuses to answer or return my calls. My John Deere Gator was damaged while in for repairs and under his care. Someone either ran into or backed into it, which split the plastic on impact, also resulting in a buckled right front fender and hood that wouldn't close as it should. He refuses to believe it happened on his watch but I have pictures I took on all 4 sides when we parked it for his driver to pick up. I'm not looking for a new Gator, I don't want the fender replaced and I don't want money. All I ask is for him to accept responsibility for it. Think carefully before you consider doing business there. Anyone who isn't true to his word is not someone you can deal with and expect satisfaction.

  I’ve been a customer at Scott’s equipment for several years and have had nothing but exceptional service. The owner is friendly and helpful along with the staff, they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating to me and my family. We have purchased lawn equipment, replacement parts and maintenance items from them, along with scheduling service and warranty service. The products they sell are authentic and the service provided allows me to use my equipment all season without fail. I will be bringing my equipment here to receive service for years to come. This is due to the fact that I always get what I pay for; professional, honest service and no surprises. I am glad to be a customer.
