After 4 phone calls, about 5 hours, 2 managers, and 3 delays. We finally received our flooring order, on the front lawn (in a heat wave before a rainstorm). We asked at least 15 times for delivery to be left in our car port as we work late into the evening. Absolutely frustrating to say the least.

Helpful staff. Only 4 stars as we tried to buy an item online to get the “online only” discount, but they canceled our order?! Who knows why?
When we arrived at the store to pick it up, it was not there and they would not honor the discount. Had to go home and re-order it and hope it won’t be canceled again when we try to go back and pick it up again today. Sadly there’s a 3 hour wait time between ordering it and picking it up.

I purchased a riding mower from this store back in April. What followed was a week of headaches and frustration as store associates lied to me, displayed highly unprofessional behavior, accused me of already having things I paid for and never received, and just generally made me feel like they could care less who I purchased from. The thing that ticks me off the most is I eventually was placed in contact with the manager, Amy Greene, who made promises over and even sent an email shortly after, putting the same promises in writing and saying I could reach out to her at any point and she would respond. I have reached out to her several times over broken promises, and she is just ignoring me. To make things even better, I was in the store the week before Father's Day making a purchase as a gift. The item I was looking for was listed on Lowes own website for $70 while being displayed under a sign at the physical store for $103. When I asked the cashier about price matching, she called Amy, who promptly informed her that Lowes absolutely will not price match with their own website, and that prices on the website are only intended to convince customers to shop online rather than visiting the store in person. This has got to be a joke.
