  I had a unit at this location when it was CubeSmart and honestly was not happy with the service before. Since the company transitioned, I dealt with Burl, and he completely changed my experience. Burl gave amazing customer service. He was patient, helpful, and took the time to explain the company transition, my account, and everything I needed to know. He made the process easy and stress-free. I’m still getting familiar with the new company, but Burl definitely made me feel much better about this location. He deserves a big shoutout!

  Manager who owns the store it great to work with! Good price and ideal location beside downtown Raleigh. Facility is maintained well and prices are awesome

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They took over for cube smart storage and have raised the price from my $50 unit to $60 within the first few days, the next month added another $20 and now my rent is $97 3 months later…I have tried to talk to someone about this and keep getting told that they will get back to me within 48 hours and never hear back. I’m over it and moving my business anywhere else. Horrible customer service and management.

  Literally awful. CubeSmart had a user-friendly app that made payments and building access incredibly easy. Since Trunk Space took over, those features disappeared and prices went up. Their phone system is awful too- I was trying to make a payment and every time I entered my credit card information, the system would hang up on me. Paying more while getting less convenience is extremely disappointing.

  When I started renting in December 2024 I was paying about $69/mo. Under that management they bumped me to $90. Trunk space took over anout two months ago and immediately bumped it to $142/with short notice. I’ve only been leasing here for 1.5 years and it’s doubled. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of because it’s an inconvenience to move storage units. Currently looking at other options to get out of this. I’m disappointed to say the least
