  Clean and convenient storage facility. So far, the rates have been very affordable (I just started renting recently). The staff on site have been extremely friendly and helpful when I’ve had questions.

  UPDATE: Still waiting on the partial refund. I was promised. Do not be fooled by these reviews, this location manager is rude and he definitely puts on a show. He's not as nice as people try to label him. Apparently if you spend more than 30 minutes in your storage unit you're "loitering" the manager here will walk around the storage unit floor you're on walking past your unit and will borderline harass you for being in your storage unit surpassing 30 minutes then hound you for an explanation. Nobody wants to feel watched in your storage unit. The manager here is always on a power trip. This is the worst storage unit company ever. They don't even have a trash can for you to use. What type of storage unit is this anyway. Never again will I use Trunk Space. A waste of my money. I shouldn't have to "answer" to a manager about why I'm in my storage unit during access hours. I paid to be able to keep my stuff and come and go and get my stuff whenever I please. Never heard of a time limit for a storage unit.

  They will double your rent every quarter. 3 months in and they doubled my rent. They so kindly gave me the option to put in an appeal, which took 3 follow up phone calls to find out they would instead only raise my rent by 50% instead of almost doubling it. I will be getting out as fast as possible and I do not recommend this unit at all. The email address also looks incredibly scammy, almost like they hope you miss their emails and rent increase notifications because they do not make it unilaterally clear who is contacting you in their emails or from the email address alone. Edited to add: most of the 250+ 5 star reviews you’ll see on here are from when this place was CubeSmart before Trunks Space bought it out in early 2026. Edited to also add: In reference to the response stating “they don’t raise prices quarterly” that was stated to me on my first of 3 calls to resolve this issue and I was told “we do raise prices about quarterly, but if you lock in for 6 months we can avoid that” and throughout the whole process they pressured me to sign for 6 months. I get you have to make money but this is a very blatant bait and switch. Also when I called the second time they couldn’t even see the application to lower my rent increase on my account so it seems like it wasn’t even filed. Whole company is a mess and very unprofessional. This tactic seems to be company wide too, I found reviews of similar behavior (doubling rent every 3 months) for other locations of theirs across the states. What a business model.
