  If u need a specific type and size container u can't find elsewhere, this is ur place. They had bed bath and beyond coupons. They r currently restructuring but containers will still be a large part of the stores inventory. They also have a closet design center.

  I had to write a review about this: I placed an order for an office organization project and had an issue with the delivery date. I called my local store, and spoke with Jude who was so incredibly helpful. She did everything she said she would do, and I left feeling better about a relatively large purchase than I did before calling. She was on top of her game! When I went to pick up my order, everyone in the store was communicative and great at anticipating customer needs. Before this experience, I wasn't sure if it was worth the price to use the container store for my organizing projects. Now, I'll definitely be going back.

  Karen was absolutely amazing. I’m convinced she knows where every item lives in the store—she’s basically the GPS for all your container needs. You can tell she truly loves her job and has a lot of experience, and it shows in how genuinely helpful and kind she is. If I had the authority to give raises, she’d get one immediately. The Container Store is lucky to have her.

  I visit this store regularly for business and most of the staff are friendly and helpful, however there is one woman in particular who has the worst customer service and nastiest attitude. She is consistently rude any time I associate with her. She asks how she can help and get ridiculously frazzled and emotional if you ask her more than one question. Regardless if you need more help, due to I am there for business orders, she will tell you she’s done with you and has to help other customers. I’m appalled that someone with that much lack of customer service is working on the store floor. As someone who once worked and managed in retail, I understand times can be overwhelming, but if you can’t handle basic customer interactions please find another position in the store or another profession all together. 80% of retail is customer service, a skill that unfortunately has lost all quality , if you know you are not highly skilled in patience and emotional control this is not the job for you.
