  My husband and I attended RH last night for our anniversary and Wow is the first word that comes to mind. Our server was Kyle and he was one of the most amazing servers we have ever had. He was very knowledgeable, kind and such a delight. We sat near the fountain which was incredibly special they took the time to place us there which made our wedding anniversary that much more special. Thanks RH & Kyle our server for a great evening!

  I was there for a little get away for a day, I wanted to explore new restaurants. I got the pleasure 🙏 to meet one of the managers Tripp Sofield one of the Floor managers and he got me quiet interested with the history and about the company, they have been having a lot new restaurants coming up outside the states and same different vendors for wine and liquor in general, I am looking forward to have an open door with them in the future and see what happens. I want to expand myself and have the opportunity to create and innovative 💡 ideas for the concept of the restaurant and modern luxury ✨️ ♥️. Victoria was my server she did a great job, not complaints at all. One little feed back next time for reference ask about the temperature of the meat, I Ate it because the seasoned was amazing 👏 🤩 thank you chef, otherwise everything was perfect, I hope in the future I can bring my future wife 😊 and have an wonderful experience with you as a company and restaurant.

  Visually, the space looks amazing. And while the food is expensive, it is of good quality (and besides, you knew it was expensive before you came out). I also thought the services was very good. However, do not go here if you plan on talking to anyone. It is so loud in here that you'll need to scream at talk to someone across the table from you. I left with a headache.

  We recently purchased custom dining chairs from RH and were disappointed to learn that the delivery had been delayed beyond the original estimated date. With a large family gathering planned for July 4th, we were concerned that our dining room would be without seating for the occasion. I reached out to Nicole, our RH designer, to see if there was any possibility of meeting the original timeline. While she wasn’t able to accelerate the production schedule, she immediately focused on finding a solution rather than simply delivering bad news. Nicole arranged for RH to deliver in-stock chairs on the original delivery date so our family could comfortably use the dining room until our custom chairs arrive. What impressed me most wasn’t that the delay occurred—these things happen. It was Nicole’s commitment to solving the problem and ensuring we had a positive experience despite the setback. She listened, took ownership, and found a creative solution that exceeded our expectations. In a world where customer service often means explaining why something can’t be done, Nicole focused on what could be done. We genuinely appreciated it.
