  I reached out after seeing a mouse in my kitchen. Luis came over next-day, and he found the droppings and entry points promptly. He was able to offer clear recommendations. Luis's expertise was obvious, and throughout our interactions he was communicative and personable. (Also did not mind my dog licking him and trying to steal his hat!) Would recommend this service.

  Jeffery was outstanding: thorough, respectful and professional. He walked through and explained his procedures, included tips and additional instructions for pets, and was helpful with any questions I had.   I had a great experience with Brandon Watkins. I have been dealing with harvester ants for several years now and haven't been able to eradicate the issue. He quickly identified the source of the problem and clearly knew exactly what he was talking about. Our consultant Brian Mastroianni was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what was going on, which I really appreciated.
