We will never order appliances through Lowe's again. We just purchased a house in the area and ordered a brand new Samsung washer, dryer, Bosch refrigerator, and dishwasher. The refrigerator and dishwasher we're fine but getting the washer and dryer was a nightmare.
The first time the washer and dryer arrived both were damaged. They both look like the forklift operator at the warehouse had put too much pressure and squeezed them on the sides and pushed the metal in. Both had dents all over the side and we had to refuse delivery and send them back. Glad the delivery driver caught it as soon as they opened the boxes. So we had to wait for a new pair that was scheduled for the following day.
On delivery day number two, new installers came and the the washer was fine but this dryer was also damaged and had the same issue as the one before. They offered that we could keep the damaged item and get a discount on it, but we don't do damage electronics in this house . This one also had to be returned and delivery for a third time was scheduled several days later making it impossible to do any laundry.
Several days later on the third delivery attempt for a dryer, a completely different pair third set of installers came to the house. It was clear that these two would rather be doing something else. One of them came to look at the area where the dryer was to be installed and immediately said there was no way they could install it because it wasn't going to fit in the area next to the washer. This took us by surprise because the area had been measured several times by my husband and the two previous installers that had showed up had never mentioned that it wasn't going to fit. Upon watching this guy measure with a tape measure, it was clear he didn't know what he was doing and even said " You saw me measure it right?" I told him to install it anyway. And guess what? It did fit. After all the attitude, the guy actually asked us to leave them a five-star review because they were contractors and needed positive feedback.
Within a few hours after they left we noticed a noise from behind the dryer. The ducting that connected the dryer to the outside vent and had become detached. Upon looking behind it, we also noticed that they never installed the hose that was supposed to go to the dryer that would allow it to do steam cleaning. We called customer service and we're told then no one could come out for several days to fix it.
At this point we had to call customer service over five times to see about getting someone out sooner because at this point we had not been able to wash clothes in almost 2 weeks. No matter how many representatives we talked to, we were told no one could come out until the following week to do the installation properly unless we had missed our delivery . This made no sense to us because they literally had just delivered the item the same day and didn't install it properly. So why couldn't they come back the same day to fix it?
We even called the local Lowes store near us and the manager of the department (who was very nice) and even he couldn't get anyone in sooner to fix this problem. As a family with two special needs children whose time is very valuable. This was a complete headache and caused a lot of stress for our family. We will never purchase appliances from here again.

Absolute nightmare ordering or buying appliances online. While shopping in store, we were advised to order it online if they didn't have what we needed. Waited 3 weeks, moved a vacation weekend for the delivery, and the delivery date pushed out 2 more weeks just three days before the schedule delivery. Online customer service over the phone is terrible. I will never buy so much as a screw from this company again.

If you can go shop somewhere else they allow their employees to talk to you any kind of way (Vivian should have been fired) every time I go there she talks to me badly) I even put it in a survey. I asked the store manager Rachel to call me and didn't. I have all the proof. I was in the middle of doing a tiktok. She has one more time. They need to keep her out of the garden section if she can't handle it. She is out of control others employees says she always like that. She has one more time. Lowes customer service at this store is in hell.
