Poor management and lack of follow up and follow through. If you've purchased an appliance from this Raleigh Capital Blvd store and have an authorized manufacturer warranty replacement to be processed...You will get nothing but the run around and no follow up nor follow through by their management team. We have been back and forth between Lowes and the Manufacturer. The manufacturer makes it seem the process is easy. Every representative, every supervisor, and IF you even get to speak to a manger all have said different ways they have to process the warrantied appliance. We have emailed the info from the manufacturer to Lowes for assistance with the authorization and we have not received any follow up replies via email, let alone over the phone. No one seems to know how to do it or want to do it, because we are given different instructions each time, but no confirmation we will be able to have have our appliance taken back per manufacturer and a new appliance ordered through Lowes. I feel they really do not want to honor the manufacturer warranty. We have been into the store multiple times to get our appliance replaced per the manufacturers instructions and we still have no success with Lowes since Dec 2025. We will be now be working with the manufacturer directly and going to a different Lowes...never wanting to step foot in this Lowes again!

Lowe’s as a whole is an absolute joke. I’ve spent thousands over the past year renovating my home. Last week I had lumber delivered. Over 110 pieces. 67 pieces were damaged or unusable. I asked for replacements. They came. 32 pieces were damaged or unusable. They were supposed to pickup the damaged and unusable pieces. Never came. Spoke to the ASM Alex, he placed an order for a few additional replacements which still haven’t come. All the damaged pieces are laying in my front yard. Management won’t help. Corporate won’t help. No one cares. No one has any integrity or desire to treat humans with basic dignity or respect. I wouldn’t recommend Lowe’s to my worst enemy. This has been a week long nightmare and I’m absolutely at my wits end.
Edit: I reached out to customer service and got no where. Of course. All they wanted to do was point me to the store. No responsibility.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
