Lowe’s cannot get their act together. Their website said half ton bag of stone for $51. I called and reserved three. When I went to pay, they said it was $250. I showed the price quoted and they said they do not honor others pricing. I pointed out that it was their web site. I asked for the manager. He repeated that they do not honor others pricing. I asked about my Lowe’s credit card where it says they match others pricing. He said they do not. The only reason a customer should shop here may be he is in a hurry or just has a lot of money and doesn’t care. The items are cheaper elsewhere. Lowe’s attitude is go shop there. How do they stay in business? Do a little bit of homework and save yourself some money.

Great unique stuff for home improvement, but pricier.

Found a pocket full of screws behind the store as I was waiting to get unloaded. I don't work here but I don't want a blow out.

As a self-professed BOPIS enthusiast, it's disheartening to see our once seamless experience transformed into a scavenger hunt — complete with a side quest called “Dialing in Your Phone Number.” Gone are the days when my app would graciously inform the store of my imminent arrival with a barcode that practically rolled out the red carpet for me. Now, it seems I’m doing the digital equivalent of banging on the ticket booth window at a show that’s already started! And let’s not even get started on the BOPIS parking wars. There I am, ready to snag my goodies, only to find the designated spaces occupied by luxury cars that seem to believe they are entitled to a VIP experience, just because their owners can afford five different shades of the same overpriced sedan. It’s as if these cars come with a "No Rules Apply" clause, while I, the diligent shopper, am left to navigate a parking lot game of Frogger. I can't help but wonder if this lack of parking enforcement is some diabolical plot to channel the energy of all us well-meaning customers into spontaneous cardio workouts. Meanwhile, those overly ambitious luxury-car drivers are not just parking inappropriately — they’re flirting with the dark side by tempting fate with potential dash-and-grab incidents. Seriously, if my coffee tables had a ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ moment, it would be watching these drivers pull a heist while I’m left holding the bag… literally. In a world where BOPIS should be a hallmark of customer service, it feels more like a game of “Will I or Won’t I?” rather than a reliable retail experience. Store management could sure use a refresher on enforcing parking rules, or at least a meeting where they can share a laugh about how they’ve inadvertently sparked a new genre of comedic retail drama. Until then, I’ll keep checking my app — just don’t expect me to leave my home without a map and a plan of attack!

This place is a joke. I basically got bs'd into getting the credit card like 2 yrs ago. Lied to about a promotion. (The associate was mistaken about the details after I signed up). I spend a good amount of money here so I had 25 bucks in lowes money... today they won't let me spend it without an app! I have a dumb phone because I dont want want 30 different apps. I've never had to use an app before for their rewards money.. so I go home and get an old phone, get the app and they won't give me the 25 bucks unless I use my lowes credit card for the purchase. I dont want to because the interest is stupid... well the lady says if I use it she can take a payment right after the sale to the card.. surprise.....she actually couldn't. Don't even get me started on their HVAC service salesman that won't take no for an answer unless you're borderline rude to him or the pressure washer I bought from them that stopped working after 2-3 months and they just shrugged at me and told me to go through the manufacturer.
