  I love La-Z-Boy furniture as it's well-made, supportive ergonomic ans sper comfy. This this visit was wonderful. Our sales lady was not a typical pushy and aggressive one (which applies to so very many) at all. Very pleasant and helpful, anticipated questions and helped us buy a wonderful sectional which was exactly what we were looking for, not try to push off some highly profitable item for a higher commission. They were also happy to store it until we move because we simply don't have the space. I would highly recommend this store and employees to anyone looking for quality furniture and a relaxing atmosphere.

  This store is beautiful! Lisa is very knowledgeable! She guided me to several pieces of furniture that would fit my needs and patiently waited while I tried each one. She listened to what I didn’t like about each piece and then she showed me the perfect piece. She was NOT pushy and let me take my time. I even left and came back another day. Great experience!

  Isabelle Jepson at the La-Z-Boy store at 7900 Falls of Neuse Road., Raleigh, NC 27615 is an outstanding sales associate. She gave me all the care and time that I needed in making my selection while engaged with other customers simultaneously. I was experiencing some pain in my hip and calf and ankle and didn’t really feel like being there but definitely needed a new recliner. Of course she listened to what models and types I was looking for and showed me them, but she also answered Every Single Question I had and that was appreciated most of all. I was patient because I knew she had other clients that needed her attention as I should have been. I never felt like I was a bother to her. I never felt like I was rushed by her. I never felt steered away from the things I knew I wanted. I never felt anything but great vibes and excellent customer service for the entirety of my visit at the store. If you’re looking for anything La-Z-Boy in the Raleigh Durham and surrounding areas, I highly encourage you to do your looking and shopping at the store I mentioned and the associate I mentioned. I couldn’t be happier as I fill out this survey in my new chair and thinking about the experience I was blessed with at this store with Isabelle Jepsen.

  We came to Lazy Boy after looking at multiple options to buy a recliner. We were very pleased with the entire process to date. The options on the recliners were limitless and we went home overnight to make sure that it would fit in the space we had. The next day we came back and ordered the chair and the total staff were very helpful to complete this deal. I would highly recommend a serious look at Lazy Boy if you are shopping for quality furniture.
