The customer service was incredible. I literally got a storage unit in under 30 minutes, fully paid for it and everything. The first month was free which is very nice considering I don’t need it for too long. Roy was very helpful in this process as well.

Personable and professional managers, Roy and Stewart, patiently answered my questions and concerns. The cleanliness of the entire location was also very pleasant and refreshing. Check them out if you care about where you leave your belongings.

This was my first experience using this storage facility, and it was excellent from start to finish. Roy was extremely helpful and professional. He gave me a tour of the facility, escorted me to my unit, and explained everything step by step. He stayed with me throughout the entire process and made sure all of my questions were answered.
Roy was also able to upgrade my unit quickly and without any issues or delays. His customer service was outstanding. He even offered water to my movers and me, and checked in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly.
The storage facility is very clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. The moving carts they provide were also very helpful and made the move much easier.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Creedmoor Road in Raleigh. Thank you, Roy, for making the process so easy and stress-free!

I’ve had a great experience with this Extra Space Storage location near Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh. The property has always been clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. The overall environment feels safe, organized, and professionally managed.
The customer service has consistently been friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my time here. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been positive, and they’ve always been willing to assist when needed. In one instance, I lost the keys to my unit’s lock, and they helped me get it opened quickly and without hassle.
Overall, this is exactly what you would hope for from a storage facility: clean, reliable, well-run, and staffed by people who genuinely try to help. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the Raleigh area.
