We had a storage unit here for over 6 months and it was super simple to set up and easy to cancel once we didn’t need it anymore. Kevin was wonderful and made the process extra smooth. The space was always clean and secure. The only reason I took away a star is because of the small ledge at the entrance to the storage building - it’s just big enough of a ledge to make it a pain to move things in with the cart especially since the doors don’t stay open on their own. A tiny ramp would fix it.

I am writing to share a truly exceptional experience my son and I had at your Fayetteville Road location on Monday, May 4.
Your employee, Kaylee, went far above and beyond what we typically expect from customer service. From the moment we interacted with her, she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of our personal situation. She took the time to listen carefully and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process, even walking us to our unit after learning we had travelled from TX to NC for over 20 hours.
What stood out most was her attentiveness—Kaylee made certain we fully understood what we needed to do to allow my son access to the unit in my name, and clearly guided us on where we needed to go. She never rushed us, continuously checked on us, and consistently showed genuine care and compassion in her approach.
In today’s world, this level of kindness and dedication is rare. It made a lasting impression on us, and I felt it was important to recognize her efforts. You are truly fortunate to have someone like Kaylee on your team.
