  Had 4 employees, maybe 6 people in the store. I waited 30 minutes for a receipt. Customer service a 2 at best

  I love the Container Store and pondered rating it great vs. good. However, I was in the store for over 30 minutes, and no one on staff asked if I needed any assistance. I had several walk by me, more than once, but no one asked. When I went to the register, the person there was super, super nice. They're always super nice at the register, so this was no different. The rest of the staff will also smile and be friendly. I started to mention that there was no help, but decided not to because the lady at the register was extra helpful and answered all my questions. She even wrote down the name of the product I could not find and shared what she knew about the boxes. I will go back. The place is always clean, organized, and very welcoming. If I ask, I know they would've assisted. Just a little disappointed that I would have to initiate the assistance.

  I will say that all the Associates, especially in associate by the name of Maria who helped me assemble a laundry cart today 526 out of the goodness of her heart how much I truly appreciate her going above and beyond the call of duty and she deserves to be recognized for this. Go see Maria if you ever need any help.

  If u need a specific type and size container u can't find elsewhere, this is ur place. They had bed bath and beyond coupons. They r currently restructuring but containers will still be a large part of the stores inventory. They also have a closet design center.

  I had to write a review about this: I placed an order for an office organization project and had an issue with the delivery date. I called my local store, and spoke with Jude who was so incredibly helpful. She did everything she said she would do, and I left feeling better about a relatively large purchase than I did before calling. She was on top of her game! When I went to pick up my order, everyone in the store was communicative and great at anticipating customer needs. Before this experience, I wasn't sure if it was worth the price to use the container store for my organizing projects. Now, I'll definitely be going back.
