  Jarred met us shortly after we entered. He inquired whether as to what we were interested in, listened carefully and took us right where we needed to be. He then guided my wife, whom a new chair was in order, to a chair much better suited for her. We looked at several models and with his counsel were able to settle on what we believe to be the perfect chair for her. Start to finish in less than an hour.

  In the long run I did not make a purchase, but I do want to thank Tiffany for all she did. She is professional, courteous and knows her products. She was not pushy and took her time with me. Thank you Tiffany for your wonderful service and smile! I have purchased this fine quality furniture in the past several times.

  Had a great experience at La-Z-Boy in Charlotte. The designer Jenna was phenomenal, Her presentation really brought the furniture to Life in our space. Marlene was also exceptional on the sales floor. Very knowledgeable and a great personality. We look forward to receiving a sectional sofa in eight weeks! Thanks, Jenna and Marlene!!

  We bought the protection package with our couch and recliner 7 months ago my 1 year spilled wax and they wont cover it but when we bought the couch the sales lady said about 20 times EVERYTHING is covered first problem and its not covered!! I email the la z boy customer service she calls me back says to call servco again and explain. She saod la z boy can help for a fee I ALREADY PAID A FEE BUYING THE COUCH AND PROTECTION PLAN I WANT MY COUCH CLEANED LIKE I WAS TOLD WHEN I BOUGHT IT!

  We picked the chair we purchased very quickly. It was a reduced price to $1,043.00. We picked the same grade of fabric that was on the chair on the floor. It took over 10 minutes to establish the actual cost of the two chairs in question. We were told we were given a $50.00 discount which was nice - down to $999.98. My fault that I didn’t check what we were actually paying. We were charged an extra $230.00 for the special order. That was never discussed. We were also charged $198.98 for delivery from Dayton, TN. Maybe reasonable maybe not. Bottom line is my fault for letting her give away with the not discussion. I know this is a waste of time, however, I feel better saying it.
