  My husband and I went in to La-Z-Boy and were greeted by Brian. He was incredibly helpful. We were short on time so he was accommodating to our schedule. Rachel from the in home team and Brian met with us the next day and walked us through every step. They guided us helping pick out a full furniture set for our living room (couch, loveseat, 2 recliners, ottoman, pillows, and tv console) and also convinced us to go ahead and buy two pieces for our coffee bar area. They never rushed us and gave us time to think about what patterns and designs we wanted. Our young daughter was with us and they were so kind to her as well! I can’t say enough about how incredibly they both were! They were not pushy like other stores sales reps. 10 out of 10 recommend! Our furniture is not scheduled to be delivered yet, but they have been amazing to work with!

  Go in and find Kate - she knows her stuff with her many years of experience with La-Z—Boy! Her personality and honesty helps you feel comfortable with her and you can feel confident that she’ll find you EXACTLY what you need and want in your furniture! She looked at photos of our home and dog and helped us pick out something comfortable for my 6’4 hubby and 5’3 self. The quality of craftsmanship and quality and the customer service we got from Kate made our experience fabulous! Can’t wait for our couch to come in!!

  Jarred was extremely kind and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. His suggestions were so very helpful. Jenna, the designer helped us visualize how our new furniture and rug would look in our living room. Her attention to detail and efforts were very much appreciated. We can't say enough good things about our experience at LaZboy, Pineville, and wouldn't hesitate recommending this location to our family and friends.

  Chris was outstanding in his help with us. Chris listened to what we were looking for and showed us the items on sale first, which is what we ended up purchasing. Then when he and my wife questioned if the colors we selected were going to work, Chris asked Jenna the designer to assist. They together with the store manager and two other employees made it an outstanding experience. Thank you folks

  For years and years, I used to swear by La-z Boy. They always cost a little more but the quality used to be worth it. The lifetime warranty was a plus too. NOT ANYMORE. Their warranty process makes you slowly pay for new furniture. It is nothing but a SCAM. I've had my living room set a few years when my recliner stopped locking in place. I called the warranty department and they asked for pictures. I sent photos, and they ordered the broken part at my expense. I also had to pay a travel fee for the repair person. The date was scheduled over a month out. They called the week before saying I lived 33 miles away and the travel fee I already paid only went to 30 miles. So I had to pay even more for the repair person to come out. He came and replaced the parts, then said that they ordered the wrong parts. My chair still didn't work. They called me with my new total for the correct parts and I paid for those too. They set the repair date again, another month out. They then called for the repair man's travel fee, which I again paid. Today the man came, replaced those parts but my chair still doesn't work. The back won't even stay upright. The repair guy told me today that they ordered the wrong parts and that they would be calling me with the total amount for the correct parts. At this point I've paid for parts twice that I didn't need. I've paid for a repair man to come to my house twice, that was useless. I've paid the extra travel fee for being 3 miles more than the $99 travel fee covers. ALL FOR NOTHING. I am slowly paying for a new recliner to be built, part by part. They do not make their furniture like they used to and they do not warranty their furniture like they used to. If you now make subpar furniture and if your warranty program is designed to force you into buying a new chair, piece by piece, WHAT GOOD ARE YOU? I will never buy another La-z-boy. At this point, I could have easily bought 3 recliners for the price of this one, and not had to go through the scam you pass off as a warranty. PLEASE READ CURRENT REVIEWS. MANY PEOPLE ARE SAYING THE SAME THING ABOUT BROKEN FURNITURE AND THE QUALITY NO LONGER BEING IN THEIR FURNITURE.
