- DYDiana Carolina Hassan Yaguara3 days ago1.0I went today around 4:10 because I needed to do a return and this white woman with glasses and short hair maybe in her 50s treated me really bad because they don’t have the right procedures with uber returns, I mean I get it that there was a situation but I was nicely expecting everything until she started to have an attitude, kept the order and then rudely told me to leave….. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
