If she sees she's wrong she'll say the customer is being rude so she can say they don't have to honor your contract. Awful management. They should find a new manager or just close this store. I have emailed the corporate office with no reply from them, I guess they think I'm playing. So, today, Im making a very documented complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the North Carolina Department of Justice Consumer Protection Division against their deceitful advertising practices and policies.

I moved into a new apartment & am having trouble finding a couch that fits in the door. Yes, I’ve done a few returns and just received a sofa & loveseat yesterday that fits. My boyfriend went to use the recliner last night and it’s defective. We were at the store this morning but she wasn’t there. I called her this afternoon and tried to maybe get something else because I don’t trust this set. She told me she could have the driver bring another piece to replace the defective piece. The couch smells weird & I think it was already used but she didn’t give me a chance to tell her that. I saw a leather set and I asked if I could get that instead. She raised her voice to me & said I’d have to pay upfront to get it & didn’t know if it would even fit, but the driver who I spoke to this morning said it would. She argued with me & was extremely rude to me. I said fine, just bring the replacement. She said that they would bring it on Tuesday because there was no drivers on Monday. She didn’t give me a time or tell me they would call before they leave Newport, didn’t say anything except SLAM the phone in my face. I would like to know who I can make a complaint to about her. I will never buy anything from Aaron’s again because of her attitude.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
