Came here for plants and a noisy, whistling robot on wheels was rolling behind me at every corner. Screen said it was taking inventory. Made it uncomfortable for my child and was incredibly creepy and annoying for me.
Been going to Lowe’s for years. I’m sticking to small business now. Pay a human being, maybe. That’s a job lost.

Zero stars should be an option. We paid for a door and installation on February 24th. Someone came out very quickly and took measurements (we have a new construction home on a slab - not rocket science) for the door and to see what size pet door we wanted installed. Waited a month, but finally scheduled the installation. We were given a 4 hour window, and of course the installers arrived about 10 minutes before the window was over. After 4 hours of hammering and "tweaking" and "adjusting", the lead installer said that was the best he could do. The first time I opened the door, the handle fell off in my hand. The door cannot be closed completely or it has to be "shouldered" to get it to open. The installer said that he would notify Lowes and have it addressed. Of course, he didn't do that. We called Lowes the next week (beginning of April now) and were told that they knew nothing about the concerns. They sent out someone the next week to remeasure and look at the work that was completed. The person agreed that it was a poor job, and took lots of measurements to order another door. Finally get notification (after numerous calls and emails to Lowes) that the new door is in, and it is scheduled for install on 6/30/26 between 2 and 4. Get a text today at 1:30 asking if we have the door. Huh? No, Lowes has the door. No response. We replied to text at 3:55 asking if they are coming, because we have plans for later. "We are on another job" was the response. It has been 126 days and we still do not have the door that we paid for. This has to be a joke, right? Contacting the bank now to dispute charges. Lowes - we are never, ever getting back together.

If you’re trying to replace a sliding glass door, go anywhere else!
It took over a month for Lowe’s to order the door and get it in.
They hired a 3rd party contractor who kept changing the install date. By the time the door will be installed it will have been almost 90 days.
Don’t bother using Lowe’s, find a local contractor, this corporation is useless when it comes to getting things done. And they outsource.
After 60 days, I attempted to cancel the order and get my money back, They told me there would be a 20% cancellation fee. These people are terrible!

I just want to share this .If you buy a whirlpool from Lowe's, you are on your own if it ever needs service.you will get no where if your appliances needs to be fixed. I just moved here 3 months ago and I brought a whirlpool refrigerator, the ice maker makes 1 tray of ice every 4 to five hours .I have called every number they have given me.i even call corporate and still no answer you just talk to a machine. PLEASE DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOUR APPLIANCES WORK OR IF THEY BREAK DOWN.THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND IF YOU BUY IT YOU WILL NOT GET HELP IN ANY WAY AT ALL.I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL OR I WILL ADVICE NOT TO BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER'S. I have been calling this store for an hour. I’ve been hung up on every single time after they are answering the phone and leaving the phone sitting on the counter while they checkout customers. Not even saying hello. Highly recommend never ever supporting this business. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Incredibly immature and I will be emailing corporate about this because it was more than 1 employee.
