  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding! Skilled, Safe, and Professional! I just had the pleasure of watching the crew from Unlimited Tree Service work beside my son’s home, and I was genuinely amazed by what I saw. This was no small job, they took down five massive trees and the skill and teamwork involved were incredible to watch. What impressed me most, though, was their constant awareness of safety. They were always looking out for one another, communicating as a team, and staying aware of everything happening around them. They also showed tremendous respect for the homeowner’s property and the surrounding homes. With a project this large, you would expect quite a mess afterward, but they cleaned everything up so thoroughly that when they were finished, it was almost as if it had never happened! There was even something special in it for our family. Our granddaughter loved watching the crew work, and it gave us an opportunity to teach her about trees and why sometimes even beautiful, mature trees have to come down and why it’s important to plant new ones. We’re going to plant some trees of our own in honor of these five. 🌳❤️ Thank you, Unlimited Tree Service, for showing what professionalism, skill, teamwork, safety, and genuine care for people’s property look like. You have a very impressive crew, and you did an absolutely outstanding job. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Unfortunately, our experience was not great. We needed about $10,000 worth of tree work; a large dead tree, a large significantly leaning tree, a slightly leaning tree and a tree that Bobby said was dead inside and needed to come down. There were a few additional DEAD limbs that he agreed to cut from a couple of other trees while on site. (We talked to 4 tree cutters all fees were comparable and ultimately, my husband was really impressed with Bobby at the initial visit so we chose Unlimited Tree.) The work was scheduled for a time we were unable to be on site. Communication from office staff was not consistent with what was happening on site, unprofessional behavior from crews on site, and ultimately, several live limbs were cut from multiple trees incorrectly, one tree is significantly altered, shade and screening drastically reduced. Should not have happened. Customer should plan to be on site for the entire time (this was a two day job).

  Bobby and his folks were great. We had a huge tree that was dying out and had to come down. Bobby came out and met with me, looked at the tree and scheduled me for the removal. The office kept me updated as to when the crew would be out and took the tree down and had everything squared away. I’ve got firewood for life now and it didn’t destroy my boathouse. Definitely good stuff. Thanks yall. I’ve got 2 more of those huge trees and I hope they live forever
