The staff was helpful, patient, and actually knew what they were talking about, which is rare these days 😄
Everything was in stock, pickup was smooth, and the store was clean and organized.

Store 0595 is the worst Lowe's I've ever been to. If you rent equipment from this store watch out! I rented from here with a $439.65 quote. Then found 5 charges equal to $1783.71. After day one got called a liar, and told those are legitimate charges, day 2 was same and day 3 was the final time I tried. The NC Attorney General will site them for unlawful and deceptive business practice. If you deal with Rich one of the assistant store managers, record everything he says. He got caught in a lie and refused to get his boss, saying he didn't feel it needed to be escalated. I didn't ask him how he felt I asked for the manager again with same response. They charged multiple customers for the same damage then some. Be careful 🧐

This is their corporate store. It amazes me the customer service can be so bad.
I was looking for drywall. I haven't a clue. Several employees were standing around. Did not bother to ask if I needed help. I finally got them to at least point to the location. The drywall was too heavy for me to maneuver. An employee finally came to help because I was pushing signs off of a peice I wanted. It was too heavy for me to maneuver. He did not offer to help. We usually drive futher to Home Depot for their excellent customer service but yesterday I was too busy. One of their executive buyers lived in our neighborhood was a jerk. He was walking up to our house i asked him to stop because our Doberman was outside. Our Doberman was very friendly but would jump. I asked him to wait for me to come to him. He insisted to walk up to us. My Doberman jumped up wanting attention and ripped the pocket on the Dockers of the jerk, I am tempted to use his name. He asked for payment for his pants. I said no, he walked away angry. Then he became the HOA president we were harassed by him. I just ignored it.

Jayden, in flooring, gave flawless customer care! We drove from Hickory to Mooresville as we knew they had a better selection etc. He greeted us, gave us advice without over advising and was very polite! We didn’t have to lift a finger….never had that happen before! He loaded up 17 boxes of flooring, rang us up, and then met us at the (professional) the dock. There he proceeded to load up our car! He not only has flawless skin BUT flawless customer service! Give him a raise!

I Ordered a dryer from Lowe's in Mooresville that offered delivery on the only day I could be home. The delivery guys came and informed me the dryer was damaged. It looked as if it had been dropped and then backed over. He asked if I wanted to keep it and that it might "make a little noise". I asked if he could return it and bring me another dryer. He said he would take it but couldn't come back today. I immediately called Lowe's and asked to speak to someone who handles deliveries. After 6 different attempts at getting someone to answer I gave up and asked for a manager. Here I sit, 1.5 hours later waiting for a return phone call from the Mgr who said he would get back to me. The really disturbing part is the website shows my dryer delivered with a squiggly signature on the acceptance line. AND MIGHT I ADD the delivery guys are a 3rd party who can barely speak English. If I hear nothing in the next hour I will be driving out to the Mooresville Lowe's to get my answer. Next time I will deal with Home Depot or Plaza Appliance.
