  I called and got an AI boot that couldn’t help me. Then it transferred me to a call center where someone had no knowledge and insisted I have to have a service technician come to my house if I wanted help. I had one question I needed answered then I was going to order a $600 pool pump motor. But they refused to connect me with anyone who could help me unless I paid for a technician to come to my house. My business will go elsewhere. Horrible service. Wait, make that…No Service!!!

  Horrible experience ! I called during normal business hours 4 times without anyone answering the phone ! It made me feel they didn't want my business ! So I went to another store ! Leslie's presents a I dont care attitude to their customers !

  I've been in this store twice and each time Tom was very helpful and personable. Today he did a really great job helping me identify and order an obscure broken hot tub part. The store seems to have a lot of products and selection. Nice work!!
