Then it transferred me to a call center where someone had no knowledge and insisted I have to have a service technician come to my house if I wanted help. I had one question I needed answered then I was going to order a $600 pool pump motor. But they refused to connect me with anyone who could help me unless I paid for a technician to come to my house. My business will go elsewhere. Horrible service. Wait, make that…No Service!!!
