This Lowes needs some improvements. The lack of customer service is appalling. I had 4 e,mployees walk away from me when I was asking for help. The 5th one told me it wasn't his department and I needed to find someone else. The 6th was a commercial lumber guy that works in the back and he went out of his way to help me. That doesn't make up for the others though. The store is unkept floors are dirty for a hardware store. Don't even go to the bathrooms. I wont be going back to that store.

Absolutely AWFUL! Scheduled a delivery, truck broke down, rescheduled it for the next day between eight and noon. Received a call from the driver that same day saying he was pulling up to my house. Waited outside for 15 minutes, he called back and was in the wrong town. So delivery would be as schedule for the next day. I took off work to wait for the delivery, received an email that they went and rescheduled it for the next day Which was a Saturday and I am not here on the weekends. Cold customer service explained what happened and that I needed to delivery today. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and said she was gonna cancel my order. Deliver it today as promised. I asked for a manager, manager was just as bad. They're only response as well then cancel the order. There's nothing we can do. I absolutely hate dealing with this company.!!!!!!!!! I

We just spent $1k on fencing and the manager couldn't be bothered to find help from his employees for my husband to load. He may have ended up loading more than he paid for because of it. Maybe don't be a lazy slob or sad excuse of customer service. We had to make 2 trips and asked that the 2nd load be ready and someone to help, yet he failed again. 2 opportunities to be great and you failed.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
