The customer service rep who connects to the department that customers called for should be fired. I called three times today, the same guy (a black male) picked up each time, he disconnected the phone line twice after I told him I'm filing a formal complaint against. He's a liar and he knows it. This guy should not be working there. Customers cannot even get connected to this store. I asked for his name but it's hard to remember because it's not a common name.

I recently placed the order at Lowe’s for a storm door. After the order was placed, they sent someone to my home to take measurements of the front door. When I received the call from Lowe’s, I was told the door frame was rotted and it needs to be replaced. This took the order from $350-$1200. By the grace of God I had a friend stop by that is also a contractor, and I mentioned the door. He looked at the door frame and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. He advised me to cancel the order and just pick up the door. That’s exactly what I did had the door put on with the same door frame and it looks beautiful. There was no rotted wood or no damage or anything on the frame. This is so disappointing that my neighborhood Lowe’s was about to rob me. It’s disheartening how much women get taken advantage of when it comes to home repair or auto repair it’s so sad. I know now to always have a second opinion, no matter what even if it’s a name that you trust.

Lowe’s was great today. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I needed assistance finding hardware cloth. I got clear directions right away. The young lady that I dealt with in the garden center was very friendly.

I ordered an appliance from Lowe’s, with accompanying installation. The installation was set for 7 days later. The installer showed up, but the product was damaged.
Lowe’s re-ordered the product, but insisted that they would call the following week to schedule the install. They refused to schedule it at the time of the replacement order. By the time Lowe’s called back, the installer was booked out an additional 10 days.
Lowe’s refused to expedite, despite their own failure. I was advised to either follow the process again, or cancel the order.
I finally canceled the order, because Lowe’s did not take a single step to rectify the issue. I ordered the same product from a competitor, and scheduled the product install 4 days out.
If you’re looking for large appliances, consider looking elsewhere.
