We had a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Matthews, NC. The facility is clean, air‑conditioned, and clearly well maintained — exactly the kind of place you feel confident storing valuable items. On an extremely hot day, a staff member drove by in a go‑kart and offered us cool water. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed their commitment to customer care. Highly recommend this location.
