There’s a girl at the return. She always have a mean look and when you ask her thing she very unhappy to answer with a mean voice. If she doesn’t like to work please go home. No body want to see her mean face and mean talk. I know she only have one arm. I help her with all the scans and I done paid I also said thank you. She look at me like a fool. Man. I don’t like this shop. I bought materials from this store more hundred thousand. I’m a pro account with lowes. So disappointed with that girl

If you want your order screwed up then Marion Lowe’s is the store for you! My husband I ordered a fridge from them on 6/6/26. We specifically told the associate to put in the notes that when they deliver The refrigerator they would have to have a small truck because we have a narrow road leading up to our house where on the side of the mountain. We even watched him put the notes in To the order. When they came to bring the refrigerator on 6/13/26 They showed up in a semi truck and tried to come up our driveway busted their gas line had to leave then the supervisor from the delivery company called me told me he didn’t know what to tell me, but I wasn’t getting my refrigerator today. And I tried to explain to him we couldn’t get it the next day and we needed it ASAP because our refrigerator has now completely broke and he said it wasn’t his problem.
I called Lowe’s asked to speak to a manager and he said unfortunately, we go through a third-party and there’s nothing we can do about the way he talk to you. So I told him I wanted to complete refund didn’t wanna do business with them anymore. I didn’t want those people at my house after the way the manager spoke to me from the delivery company.
He assured me, he canceled our order and that was supposed to be the end of that. We receive a text the next day on 06/14/26 from the delivery company stating they were gonna come here to bring our refrigerator but again they had a semi truck and I told them no we canceled and they said there’s been no cancellation.
I had to call the store back spoke to a manager. They said oh yeah, we weren’t able to cancel it. You have to call the warehouse where we get the refrigerator from. Here’s the number. I asked was no one ever gonna call and let us know that and they said they got busy and completely forgot. Had I not called to follow up? We would’ve had two refrigerators because we’ve already bought another refrigerator from Home Depot, which has been amazing from the purchasing of it to the delivery of it. Everything was easy unlike Lowe’s.
