I have bought 2 loads of 20 bags of mulch that was on sale. I went back for a third round based on the amounts shown on Lowe's web page (300+ bags), but when I arrived, they didn't have any. Next day I tried again using the feature of the nearest Lowe's that did have the mulch. It showed that the Lowe's 2 counties over had lots of bags, but after driving nearly an hour, they didn't have any either. If the Lowe's website is to be trusted, they need to update the amounts shown regularly.

Placed an order online and it said it would be ready at 11:30. Made the drive to pick it up at 11:30. It was not ready. Getting an update on the status and finding out when it would be ready took over 25 minutes. Lots of AI robots on the phone not helping, sending me through the same conversation over and over. And lots of time on hold waiting for answers, but nobody ever responded. Trying to find out on the website is literally painful. Every screen I had to have them call me with a code to view my order, and I just wanted an ETA. All it could tell me was "not ready for pick up." How can I plan my day and my projects when we have no clue when my supplies will be ready? Time is money and I've wasted a LOT of both on Lowe's today. It's well over an hour late to get my order, not to mention all the time I've wasted online and on the phone trying to get an answer. There are so many robots that don't know and if they employed one smart human to help on the phone, I'd actually have an answer.
