- PCPeggy CollierAug 15, 20265.0My husband and I drive to Hobby Lobby in Marion, NC today to make a return. That accomplished, we strolled around and stopped in the lantern department. We saw a lantern that just jumped out and on top of that it was in sale. It was the last one! Guess what..we didn’t buy it. Drove back up the mountain and said, “why didn’t we buy it!!” We called the store and Anthony Palmer was the Associate we were transferred. Anthony went above and beyond to help us find that lantern. Not only did he find it, he took a picture and texted it me to make sure it was the exact one. He’s tagged it to hold for us to pick up next Wednesday, and if the truck comes in with another one just like it, he will snag one for us! That’s what we call excellent customer service. Thank you, Anthony ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- HMHarley MooreJul 16, 20261.0i would give this store 0 stars if i could. my friend and i were shopping here today with her 11-month-old and her 2½-year-old. as anyone with young kids knows, babies cry sometimes. one of the children started crying, and instead of showing even a little patience or kindness, the cashier and the greeter at the front of the store were incredibly rude. they were giving us dirty looks the entire time, then looked at each other and made faces because the baby was crying. it made us feel completely unwelcome and judged over something that’s a normal part of having children. we weren’t causing a scene, we were simply trying to finish our purchase while comforting the baby. customer service should include treating all customers with respect, including parents with young children. i won’t be returning after this experience. my friend did not deserve to be treated and looked at this way.
