Ordered BCX plywood and had it delivered. I received OSB sheathing instead, or something else, but it wasn't sanded plywood.
I called them to fix the issue and it took 15 minutes listening to the phone ringing for someone to answer. Finally someone answered, and said hold for a minute. 49 minutes later, still on hold, I walk into Lowes and ask which phone has me on hold for 49 minutes.
Apparently, they guy that handles deliveries leaves at 5pm, so my issues wasn't getting fixed. They took down my information and said I would get helped. Nobody has called to help me.
I called the customer line (800 number) and they issue me a return/refund. Guess what, the return is getting picked up Saturday, so I have to make myself available to give them their wrong item back, and my refund wont hit until it processes (I was told 3 to 10 business days).
So I am out money, no product, wasting my time, no customer service.
Last time I ever go to a Lowes. Ill drive further into Fayetteville, and use the Home Depot.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
