    I was over in Lincolnton today and stopped by the Lowe's to pick up a few items that were out of stock at the East Lincoln Lowe's. I was not familiar with this store layout but in my moment of confusion here comes a smiling associate asking who needs some help. He helped me fill my list quickly. Thank you for the help when I was in a hurry and needed it.

    Best of luck getting anyone to help you. Came up and asked the cashier a question and instead of answering me, he yells across to another cashier, asks her when she’s going to lunch, then just walks away to go to his lunch break and says “she’ll help you” and points at the other cashier. Then I go find what I need in the lumber area and need it cut. The “ring the bell for assistance” bell is laying on the floor, broken. I walk to the front twice to ask for help, no one ever comes to cut the lumber. When I return to the front the third time, the cashier says “the saw is broken”. I left without buying anything. I’ll go to Home Depot.

    Needed 1 gallon of black pre cat epoxy. Nobody in the store was cross trained to cover paint and the manager on duty did not attempt to handle. Tricorn black is the stock black (and its listed at the monitor). So they proceded to get the color chip of the darkest grey (and because it had black in the name) they made it instead. The gentleman at customer service that made a big deal about it also said he wasnt cross trained and wouldnt care to be because he doesnt like paint. Lowes of lincolnton - Please teach all your employees to be cross trained in the neighboring department. I promise, once home depot is in lincolnton you will need to up your game or close your doors. There is no issue with the friendly staff. They just have been let down by their leaders. Do better

    If I could give zero stars I would, I was in a hurry to get a project done and while checking out, another customer walks in to the garden area with his service dog I'm assuming, an the 20s something female employee said that she needed to pet his dog and the proceeds to leave the register to walk 30ft to pet his dog while I set an wait on her to give me my receipt. When she finally does get back to her job, I was told that the dog took priority in the situation. I usually don't get upset about things like this but after I pushed my 250lbs load to my vehicle in the back of the parking lot, I realized she had not even wrang up the order right. I ordered 10 bags of mulch and she charged for 1. So I then had to push my 250lbs load all the way back to the store to get it corrected, and was told again that the dog took priority!!. I didn't get her name but I think that management should have her in the parking lot loading mulch for a week or 2 and maybe she will appreciate her cushy cashier job.

    I bought a pressure washer from there and pulley broke first week and I take it back to exchange and they said you only have 48 hours to exchange.why didn’t they tell us when they sold it to us? I believe they assembled it wrong.
