Customer service tried to help with issue with pricing on SSO returned item clearly tagged as 15.99 and 35.00 and after 2 sales associates, 1 customer service rep, 2 managers, and 45 mins of my time, came back with a price o 70 and 35 ea. I walked needless to say. Terrible store . Do not recommend. Called corporate and largely ignored. Home Depot baby!

They are absolutely clueless and you should not trust anything that they say. It is very difficult to get anyone on the phone. The store manager never answered my calls and never returned my calls. I made an online order of approximately $5,700 on April 1. Lowe’s scheduled my delivery for April 17 between 1 and 5 pm. So I took a day off of work and then drove 2.5 hours to the location where the items would be delivered. I waited and waited. It got to be around 3:00 pm so I called Lowe’s to see if my delivery was coming. The Lowe’s representative assured me that it was still coming. Later, I got a message that said my order would not be delivered today. I made multiple attempts to call Lowe’s to see what the story was. I was placed on a never ending hold. No one knew how to help me or would even try to help me. Absolutely unacceptable—and I will never step foot in another Lowe’s again. I give my highest recommendation to stay away from Lowe’s! Fast forward to the next week where I rescheduled my delivery. I have not received any communication at all. Who knows if my delivery will come tomorrow or not. Keep digging that hole Lowes!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
