I got a socket set, Gabe I can’t even remember it was $300 or so for this socket set Cobalt lifetime warranty anything happens to bring it back in the store we replace it well my ratchet stripped. I take it back into the store. Well, you have to call Cobalt that wasn’t what was said when I bought it when I bought it I was told to bring it back in the store now it’s call Cobalt. Cobalt won’t return phone calls won’t answer the phone but my point is I didn’t buy it from Cobalt. I bought it from Lowe’s. If you do not make the socket set no more then replace my whole socket set. I have all the pieces it ain’t like it just one or two pieces of it left. I have the whole set and all I get is the runaround from these people so I suggest don’t buy Cobalt. Specially if you ever plan on getting it replaced I understand my socket set is 12 years old but it don’t say your Warranty is good for five years 10 years. It says lifetime. Bring it back will replace it no questions I had to leave one star to be able to leave the review, but this is ridiculous. This is a bunch of horse crap

Went to ge a thermostat, receipt did not print didn’t care much since it’s something I needed and didn’t plan on returning, unfortunately it was not compatible so I went to see if I could return or exchange it for the correct one and pay the difference I was told I couldn’t do either. Which is where I feel like I was cheated out of my money I was told I couldn’t without a receipt. All I wanted was to get the correct thermostat but since my home is older some of the thermostats are not compatible. I really just wanted to exchange it and I wasn’t even able to do that. So I had to buy another one …. A credit should have at least been given where I could use for other things if you wanted to keep my money. Horrible service.
