This place has really gone downhill. It is practically impossible to get any customer service. I needed some help with a product. I looked and looked and looked for a long time to find an employee. I finally had to walk to the front of the store to find someone who worked there. I asked for help with a product. They got on the radio and talked to another employee. The employee said that he was busy but he would help me after he finished. He never showed up. I never got any help. I gave up on getting any help and went to the back of the store to visit the restroom before I left. When I got to the back of the store, there were 11 employees in the Kitchen Appliance department just sitting there talking. Now I know why there is no customer service at the store. I had to leave without buying anything. This is why people just buy things online. So I went home and bought what I needed online. And Lowe's lost another sale. I try to support businesses who employ locals but I am about to decide to give up on Lowe's and do all my shopping online.

Self check out is horrible if you buy somthing that has anti theft device on it after you check out then they act like you trying to steal from them because it took them 10+ minute to find someone to remove the anti theft devices because no one was there always print your receipt it will save you time maybe
