I went to have a regular key made but they had no plain blanks. The only choices were special keys with flags, etc for $6-10 just for the blank. NO THANK YOU!!

Never anyone to help you have to track people down only to hear . That's not my department. The management needs a backbone . Employees standing around flipping on their phone. You could literally walk out with a washer dryer and a fridge and nobody would check

Josh at the Lenoir store was a saint today. Actually tonight! I called him at 8 o’clock realizing that my Flooring would not be ready because I misread the app and my contractor was picking it up in the morning. I had a rough day I had a flat tire. The weekend was crazy with an emergency vet visit. It was one thing after another, but he made this so smooth and was honestly a blessing from God literally tonight. He was so nice. He went and made sure all the flooring would be ready in the morning so I wouldn’t have to worry. And he was so nice on the phone and it was so nice to talk to someone kind especially at the end of the day. Thank you so much, Josh! Your spectacular.

I ordered a riding lawn mower tractor and lawn mower trailer combo from the website on Sunday Morning. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. On Tuesday around 11 am, the Lowe’s truck arrived, and the delivery personnel jumped out, dropped a box containing the small trailer, and then starts closing the door back on the box truck. So I walk over to the guy and ask him “where’s my lawn mower” and his response was “not my truck probably coming from a different store.”
I had been tracking the order online, and it was not yet marked as delivered. So I continued on and I waited the rest of the day. Thinking a separate delivery would be coming later with the actual riding mower. Around 4 pm, the delivery confirmation message appeared, showing a picture of a box sitting inside their back stock room. I immediately called the store.
The manager who answered the phone informed me that the box was indeed in the back room and that my lawnmower was still sitting marked in their back room and they would deliver it first thing the next morning. However, I couldn’t take another day off work to wait. I insisted that the delivery should be made on Tuesday, as per the original order.
The manager was adamant that the best they could do was deliver it on Wednesday morning. I was forced to make multiple phone calls and figure out a way to inconvenience myself and my neighbor. I rented a trailer and drove all the way to the store on the day of delivery to haul the mower to my house.
After speaking to the manager on the phone that day, I was told that I would receive a refund on the delivery fee, as well as a discount on the price of the mower. However, it is now Saturday and I have yet to see that discount applied to my Lowe’s credit card. So I guess I am not getting refunded the delivery fee or given the promise discount on the purchase.
After dealing with all this I do not recommend anyone bothering with this Lenoir store. I guess I will have to start making the drive into hickory to shop at a Lowe’s over there or maybe even just using Home Depot.
I am disappointed and I still feel that I should have a significant discount not only on the delivery fee because well it wasn’t delivered but also on the actual 2600$ I spent on the purchase due to all the inconvenience caused.
Overall, I had a terrible experience with this store’s customer service and will not be using them for anything else. They didn’t even try to make the issue right or help out with any inconvenience they caused in my life this week. I also am going to recommend anyone around me to steer clear from our Lenoir Lowes.

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
