  I just had a deep clean from Fresh and Fabulous. This was my first experience with the company. I work from home so Elida had to work with my busy schedule, but was still able to get me scheduled within a week of meeting her. When she came to look at my condo, she was professional, thorough and kind, and made some suggestions that I wouldn’t have even thought about. She sent me the quote within 24 hours and got me on their schedule really quickly. The cleaners are absolutely AMAZING. They are fast, efficient, and no detail was missed. I’m talking windowsills and blinds, wiping and cleaning the doors to my bedrooms, and they vacuumed my couch and cushions (which I was not expecting), and everything is spotless. The staff is professional, kind and very hard-working. I am so grateful to have found this company to help take care of my home so I can keep doing what I need to do. Thank you all for a wonderful job!

  After reading reviews and calling a few companies, I chose Fresh & Fabulous. The owner met me at my home to walk through and discuss everything I wanted (it took less than 10 minutes) and then she scheduled me for the upcoming week. I chose a deep clean that I could supplement with monthly cleans and I CANNOT DESCRIBE the level of attention the cleaners showed! They pulled out my refrigerator to get under and behind it! They moved my couch and vacuumed my couch! All of the faucets are GLEAMING! Cannot recommend Fresh & Fabulous enough! Communication was excellent and their attention to detail was unmatched! 10/10 recommend!

  Elida and crew from Fresh and Fabulous Cleaning Service have been cleaning our Airbnb beach house at Carolina Beach for a number of years. They do a great job! Guests often comment on how clean the house is when they check in. They are quick to respond and address any issues. Highly recommend!

  I cannot recommend Fresh and Fabulous enough! The owner, Elida, came out the very next day after our initial call to provide a quote, and she immediately made a wonderful impression. She was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding of my situation. She took the time to listen to my needs and was more than willing to accommodate several extra items I needed help with in addition to the deep cleaning service. Honestly, after meeting Elida, I didn't even bother shopping around. Her professionalism and genuine care gave me complete confidence that I had found the right company. My situation was fairly urgent because I was feeling overwhelmed and needed help as soon as possible, and Fresh and Fabulous was able to schedule me for the very next day. The cleaning team was just as kind and professional as Elida, and they did a phenomenal job. My home looks amazing, and the relief I felt walking into a clean, refreshed space was priceless. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they also helped take a huge weight off my shoulders. I will absolutely be setting up recurring cleanings with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and compassionate service.
