What an odd experience, my girlfriend and I just bought a home and we went to the nearest Lowe’s to get supplies and i don’t know if it’s the way I looked or because my girlfriend needed to go into bathroom but I had an employee check in on me like 3 separate times asking to check me out when we still were not done looking. She claimed she was bored and because of the rain she needed something to do. When were finally done and went to self check out the same lady came to the front of the store to stop us and force us to let her check her out. We get to her register and she gets on the phone so we are awkwardly standing there waiting for her to get off the phone and check us out. It was the weirdest experience ever and not helpful or pleasant at all.

Absolute Customer Service Nightmare – 6 Hours for Nothing
Part of my original order was delivered, but everything after that was a disaster. When I called to place a follow-up order, Lowe's arbitrarily cancelled it. I spent six grueling hours on the phone being passed around between customer service agents and store managers.
en I requested a simple alternative—like fulfilling the delivery through a different branch—every single manager and agent just repeated the same script: "We can't do that, we apologize." Empty apologies don't fix systemic incompetence. To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to refund my delivery fee for the botched service. After sacrificing an entire day (6 hours) fighting for basic customer service, they finally offered a measly $40 credit. The sheer lack of accountability, flexibility, and respect for a customer's time is completely unacceptable. Avoid this store if you value your time.
