- DBDannette BrewerJun 17, 20191.0I started an account with this company in March of 2019. From the beginning there was problems with the delivery which was supposed to be between 5pm-6pm. I waited for the delivery until 8:00pm and still no delivery. When I was finally contacted by the manager, I was told he had to make the deliveries himself for lack of help, but he would be there in 30 mins which was then almost 9pm. The delivery finally came. The second occurrence was today, June 17th, 2019. I was scheduled for a new delivery after 3pm. I left my job at 2:30pm to be home for the delivery which never showed up nor a phone call from the store or manager. Finally around 6pm I called to see what the issue was and was told that the delivery was canceled because they had no delivery person in today. This was the second time with the same excuse. This store & manager has no professionalism, courtesy for customers time or consideration to even call and make you aware of what’s going on. This is very unexceptable. I have lost paid time at work twice for a delivery with Aaron’s without any compensation or credits whatsoever. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I have rented with Rent-a- center and never had these issues. I only rented with Aarons because they were having a sale. In the end it’s not worth the hassle and foolery that comes with dealing with this store. I also made a BBB complaint.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
