- DDD D4 days ago1.0The associate brought my merchandise to my vehicle and just walked away and didn't help load. and the sad part about it... it was LUMBER!!!!!... how did she know that I was even able to load the lumber in my vehicle BY MYSELF??!!!!!...THE FACT THAT SHE DIDNT ASK NOR ASSISITED!!!.... She just scanned the barcode said thank you and walked away!!!.....
- SSSirena6 days ago5.0At the Kinston, NC location, I needed wood cut, asked a lady she said it would be 20 minutes. Walked around looking for someone for around 10 minutes and I found a gentleman named Ryan that helped me, no problem at all, with my wood cuttings. I am so appreciative of him! While checking out, a woman named Deborah Haddis helped me with the register. Shopping started frustrating but thanks to Ms. Haddis and especially Ryan the experience was great! They should be recognized, they deserve it!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
