I paid for a "same-day delivery" service from this Kinston location, and 4 days later, my project is completely stalled. Only half of my items arrived, yet the automated tracking system fraudulently flagged the entire order as "complete." I have called the store daily and even escalated the issue to the corporate 1-800 number. The result? Total lack of accountability. Nobody at the store level has any tracking details, and nobody can tell me when my missing inventory will arrive despite being same day delivery. If you cannot afford to have your time and money held hostage by third-party delivery glitches and clueless customer service, avoid ordering online from this location. Do not buy from here unless you plan to drive down and pick it up yourself.

The associate brought my merchandise to my vehicle and just walked away and didn't help load. and the sad part about it... it was LUMBER!!!!!... how did she know that I was even able to load the lumber in my vehicle BY MYSELF??!!!!!...THE FACT THAT SHE DIDNT ASK NOR ASSISITED!!!.... She just scanned the barcode said thank you and walked away!!!.....

At the Kinston, NC location, I needed wood cut, asked a lady she said it would be 20 minutes. Walked around looking for someone for around 10 minutes and I found a gentleman named Ryan that helped me, no problem at all, with my wood cuttings. I am so appreciative of him! While checking out, a woman named Deborah Haddis helped me with the register. Shopping started frustrating but thanks to Ms. Haddis and especially Ryan the experience was great! They should be recognized, they deserve it!
