Great service! Repair did not fix the problem the first time. Technician returned and ended up fixing the issues-no additional charge. Washing machine sounds better than ever and operating good as new!

We appreciate all your hard work to fix this icemaker. Thank you so very much. The service rep was amazing and so nice and friendly. The first schedulers were really nice and friendly too. Smiles.

We cannot say enough good things about GH Appliance. They are, without question, one of the most professional companies we have ever hired. Their communication is outstanding, they show up when they say they will, and they do exactly what they promise. We had previously been told by another company that our oven was beyond repair and that we should simply replace it. Since we have a 48-inch range, replacing it would have been a significant investment, so we decided to keep looking for someone who could help. We are incredibly thankful we found GH Appliance. From the very beginning, they were responsive and accommodating. We called, and within just a few days they were at our door. Our original appointment was scheduled for Friday, but on Wednesday afternoon they called to let us know the technician was sick and asked if it would be okay for the owner of the company to come out on Thursday instead. That level of service was impressive. Our oven is 17 years old, and they went above and beyond to track down the parts needed to repair it. This week, they came back and fixed our oven — something we had been told could not be done! Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. The night before the appointment, they texted with a three-hour arrival window, and then called again when they were about 30 minutes away. No wondering if someone is going to show up. No chasing them down for updates. Just excellent, professional service from start to finish. We are so grateful to GH Appliance for saving us from having to replace an expensive range and for making the entire experience so easy. If you need appliance repair, call GH Appliance. Five stars absolutely does not feel like enough!

Zac was friendly, professional, and deeply knowledgeable about my repair. He had it diagnosed and fixed very quickly. He even offered to vacuum behind the refrigerator! I’d certainly use them again. And a big “Thank you, Zac!”
