  Very good system and communication to set up repair appointment. Excellent communication concerning arrival time. Mathew was very knowledgeable concerning trouble shooting the dishwasher issue, resolving the problem and providing information to prevent repeat issues. Will remain a customer.

  10,000 STARS! What a fabulous company! We have a new RV to us that had a broken part in the residential fridge. The dealer knew about it and thought the warranty would pay for it. They refused. After George calling them and dealing with the insanity of the warranty company, we got the RV dealership owner to pay for the repair. Then it was scheduling. It took 3 months because we had ill dogs, appointments that took us out of town but in the end, they repaired the fridge, we have wonderful ice and they were the best to work with. I am so happy we have such a great company to work with who will come to us in Manteo. THANK YOU!!!!

  Not good. Apparently the dispatch desk either told the tech the incorrect information - or as the tech stated he brought the work order for the incorrect address. Either way my dryer -which only needed a belt replacement - didn’t get fixed, and the tech could not give a damn. I would dispute any characterization in your reply that I refused to pay as the tech said he would email an invoice to which I asked “I’m paying to not have my dryer repaired, ok.” Also you should ask him if he did not state he was looking at the wrong work order for the dryer as he brought everything BUT a belt to repair the dryer

  Write up from dispatch was incorrect. Claimed drum was rattling and rubbing, when it was reported as ‘drum not turning, probably needs new belt’ Technician arrived with wrong repair parts, brought parts for a different work order did not have belt. Apparently the belt is some rare unique design because no one has a belt to fit this dryer, but he can get a belt on Monday, repair it on Tuesday. Paid $150 to have someone tell me what I knew, and to show up with the wrong parts, and unable to complete repairs. If you use this service in the Elizabeth City area, my suggestion is to slowly and VERY CLEARLY enunciate the equipment problem, then have the desk repeat back to you that which you describe.

  I cannot recommend this company enough! Honest and fairly priced. Our refrigerator control board was damaged from the recent lightning storms. Matthew showed up on time, professional and polite, fixed the problem completely, and left the work area spotless. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We will definitely use GH Appliance Repair again.
