I recently purchased a Ring camera from the Lowe's Home Improvement store in Kernersville and had a question after installation. The box appeared to have been previously opened and retaped before resale, and when I set up the camera, I noticed there wasn't a battery included. Concerned that something might be missing, I called the store for assistance.
The staff member who helped me was incredibly patient and professional. They spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me, reached out to associates familiar with the product, and even consulted a manager to make sure they provided accurate information and that my experience remained a positive one.
In the end, it turned out there wasn't actually a problem... The camera is compatible with a battery, but the model I purchased doesn't include one. I greatly appreciated the effort, dedication, and customer-focused attitude shown throughout the entire interaction. It's refreshing to encounter employees who are willing to go the extra mile to help a customer and ensure they leave satisfied.

I just had an amazing experience at Lowe’s in Kernersville, NC! When I walked in, I asked Zachary from the inside Lawn & Garden section if he could help me carry a heavy shelf, and he was so kind with no hesitation at all. He even got Joey from the Plumbing department to help with a second shelf, which was so appreciated. Then, at checkout, George from the Front End Sales took care of me, he gave me a discount for some damaged shelves and was super friendly and efficient. After a frustrating visit two days ago, today was a complete turnaround, 100% satisfaction! Thank you, Zachary, Joey, and George, for making this such a bright spot in my day. I really appreciate it!

Placed a special order for fencing materials, this lowes went through Martinsville Virginia Lowe's for the special order and they were INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They were 4 days past the CONFIRMED delivery date which screwed up my schedule completely and cost me hundred in labor pay. Ms. Kaylee at pros was very apologetic for the other stores almost non existent poor customer service as well as done everything in her power to make things right. Truly impressed and appreciate her dedication to her job! She most definitely deserves a raise ASAP!!
