  I want to say a Big thank you to all the employees that greeted me from the the time I walked in the door. Six employees greeted me and asked if I needed help. Each person said the item I needed was on isle 16. When I got to isle 14 another employee asked if I needed help and he looked at what I was looking for and said he would come help me soon as he finished helping the customer he was helping. As I got to 16 another employee asked me if I needed help and took me to the item I needed. I have been in Salisbury Lowe’s several times and you can Never find help, Even when you push the help buttons. I will definitely make the drive to Lowe’s in concord right off Dale Earnhardt Blvd.

  Craig, the Garden Department manager, was extremely helpful. Not only did he load my truck up with river rock and mulch two days in a row, but he even had it ready for me in the morning the second day I picked up. I cannot express enough how great he was, and I will definitely be back to use his services again in the future! As a female, I am extra extra grateful for the help that he was able to offer with the heavy material. - Claudia Whitley

  Me and my wife were looking at door locks. During our visit, James was helping us and was very informative about the different door locks and gave good advice on each of the locks we were looking at. If you're looking for new door locks definitely talk to James!

  Great store. Staff helpful and friendly. Had everything i went for and going back for the rest of my supplies as they were the only place to have everything I need at one stop. For a well rebuild. Definitely recommend them. Very clean and organized store.

  UPDATE: After another 2–3 weeks of trying to get the warranty issue resolved, I stopped by the store and spoke with Leslie, a department manager. She pulled up my receipts, read through the delivery instructions, called the warranty company herself, explained that the warranty needed to be switched from the original refrigerator to the replacement, and got it done. After weeks of frustration, Leslie accomplished what no one else had been able to. She took ownership of the problem and saw it through. Thank you, Leslie — you absolutely deserve the recognition. I purchased three major appliances from Lowe’s on July 5 — an LG refrigerator, a GE 21 cu. ft. garage-ready frost-free freezer, and a Maytag dishwasher. What followed has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The first LG refrigerator was delivered July 7 with noticeably uneven doors. I took pictures to the store, and management contacted the delivery company asking them to return and adjust them. The delivery company refused. To management’s credit, they stepped in, refunded that refrigerator, had it picked up, and ordered another. That began what eventually became four refrigerator deliveries. The second refrigerator arrived with a dent and had to be returned. During that delivery, members of the delivery crew also cursed at a member of my family, which was completely unacceptable. The third refrigerator was the wrong model. Two very similar LG models were involved, but only one makes Craft Ice. The refrigerator was represented in the store as having Craft Ice, and I specifically confirmed that feature with the salesperson before purchasing. The model delivered did not have it. The fourth refrigerator was finally the correct one — an LG LF29S9730S/00. Unfortunately, somewhere during all the returns and replacements, the wrong refrigerator appears to have been processed in Lowe’s system. Because of that, the five-year protection plan I purchased is still not properly associated with the refrigerator sitting in my home. I have been trying to correct this since approximately July 28, going back and forth with the store and the protection-plan/warranty side. I eventually escalated the issue to Lowe’s corporate and now have two separate corporate cases, dated August 7 and August 10, plus a warranty/protection-plan reference number. As of August 11, I still do not have documentation showing that my refrigerator is properly covered. There was also a problem with the freezer. On July 13, the day before its scheduled delivery, I was notified it was delayed until August 5. We already had half a cow scheduled to arrive July 16. To the store’s credit, management worked with me and exchanged it for an in-stock Frigidaire freezer. Because of the way the original purchase was bundled, however, I had to purchase another five-year protection plan. I want to be fair: store management has tried to help me through several of these problems, and I appreciate that. My frustration is with the overall Lowe’s process — delivery, return paperwork, protection-plan issues, communication, and the inability to get this resolved even after escalating it to corporate.
