Everything in the store is fine and associates are friendly. That being said I had a horrible experience trying to order a door for install. Make sure if you order a door that all the materials required to install that door are included on the order or they will not call to schedule the installation. I did everything they asked me to do and 3 weeks later no door. Went in for a refund. (And this is what upsets me) They gave me a refund on the money I had spend on my card. But for the cash I have to wait for a gift card to be mailed to me that could take 2 weeks to arrive. And that gift card can only be used at Lowe's. So if you spend cash on a project and it doesn't get done Lowe's basically makes sure that you have to spend the money in their store. So remember, buy all the extra materials, and don't pay cash because they will only "refund" it as a gift card. It's very disappointing because all the associates that tried to help me were very friendly and did their best to make it right. I really don't know where the disconnect is. I'm just upset that I don't have a new door and I have 500$ trapped in a gift card that will be mailed sometime over 2 weeks.

I stopped into the garden department 18:06:07, September 19, 2026 for one thing, I bale of hay. We always shop at Lowes as we had been to the Salisbury location earlier the same day and purchased $245.00 worth of grass seed, fertilizer and lime. I immediately went to the counter and asked to purchase one bale of straw. The lady at the register stated, “I just logged off”, stared off for a second and walked off. I didn’t know what to do. A young man Ben over at the next counter quickly stated, I’ll help you. The young lady seemed more concerned about leaving the area with another employee than helping the Lowes customer in front of her, zero service, zero kindness, no explanation, only, “I just logged off”. Store: 2368. I just thought someone should know.
