  I have never felt more like family in my life. I have been treated with nothing but kindness the past two years I have been a tenant. They truly care about their tenants and helping them figure out the best solution for their storage needs. I will never use another storage company!

  I highly recommend this property over any other in the area. The staff is professional, responsive, and provides excellent customer service. A special thank you to Mark and Constance for making my experience such a positive one—they truly went above and beyond. The property is well-maintained, clean, and I never experienced any issues during my time here. I would gladly recommend this location to anyone.

  I’m in a wheelchair and a lot of times I’m unable to do something in my storage unit but any time I need help all I need to do is ask. It doesn’t matter who’s is in the office , everyone doesn’t mind going above and beyond for me. That makes me know that I choose the right storage facility.. I would like to give a special Thanks out to Constance for always being so nice.

  American Flag Self Storage is the best storage company I've ever used. They were very caring while helping me over the phone to claim a unit. The only issue for me is the climate control unit is too hot. I remember it was cooler during previous use. Please address the temp and I can give you a perfect five stars.

  This is one of the cleanest and organized storage sites that I’ve ever had in my long life of travels. The consistency of cleanliness and wide access to the storage buildings are impeccable. I’m usually discouraged by Storage buildings that I’ve had in the past, but this particular site stands out because of the staff and the surveillance of cameras On the grounds. The Manager Constance Poe has been more than helpful to me since my move but, she contributes a little extra with being respectful and communicative, and professional (great assest to American Storage). Each time I’ve had to go back to the storage area to get something out of my building, I usually see her or other staff out and about sweeping cleaning and maintaining the grounds. It helps when staff is aware of their surroundings, but also-maintains it like as if it’s their own property. I always feel better each time. I leave the facility, knowing that my property is being well kept and looked after. Once again, I have to let American flag CEO or owners & customers- know that they have great staff working for them at this particular site. I recommend anyone who’s wanting to store items that this particular site will make you feel comfortable and secured.
