Rick in bathroom section went above and beyond to to help us and was able to answer a lot of questions that were very helpful with our bathroom remodel. He spent a lot of time helping us search for items on the computer in different sizes and colors that weren't in stock or available for purchasing in the store. We couldn't have been more happy with the service that was received.

Do NOT hire Lowes to install floors. They have canceled 3 times on a single mom of 3 who has to take off work to only come home and wait for nothing!
Lowes claims they've called and even came by her house... none o that is true. She's already paid for the product and install and it's been OVER 3 WEEKS!
