    We have been delighted with our experience with ExtraSpace Storage, in particular the location in Indian Trail. The property is super well maintained, very well managed, and a pleasure to do business with. Based on some of the competitive facilities that we looked at ExtraSpace appears to have an excellent training program for its managers. At this location, we worked with Edwin who has been outstanding. He is polite, responsive, and very helpful in Assisting us with finding the proper unit for our needs. In summary, great facility and great management!!!! We would highly recommend this company and specifically this location.

    Super clean storage facility and reasonably priced. Follow up messages to make sure the move in went well. Plenty of carts to manage move in. Just a great place!!

    Just rented two units last week for the first time with this company. The online process was super easy. Felt like they were both a good value and a very clean and safe facility. We had access the next day and that process was also very easy and self-service. We realized that we needed one larger unit and I called today and spoke with the manager David and he was very helpful in getting us moved over to one across the hall. Five stars!
