I ordered a washer and dryer a week ago. They gave me a delivery date for today. I have been without a working fryer for about ten days now-family of 6. Imagine the massive inconvenience when I typically do at least 2 loads a day. We were messaged last evening that the washer AND dryer would be delivered between 8 am and 8 pm. Then late in the evening were messaged it would be here between 1-4. At 8:15 am today received a text saying the dryer is a special order and won’t be in until 2 days from now. I have events away from the home already committed to that day. I can’t sit around for 12 or 8 or even 4 hours to wait on it. I spoke with Perry the store manager and he was zero help. The same dryer with the steam option shows that there are 181 of them at the warehouse yet he says that because the item number changed it has to be a whole new delivery and date. That makes no sense. Put the other dryer on the truck with my washer and bring it to me today. I had contacted them within ten minutes of the notification that my dryer wasn’t going to be delivered. All he said was sorry. We spend thousands of dollars at Lowe’s a year. Unbelievable. Missed work. Can’t do laundry for 3 more days and now have to figure out how to sit here on a day I already have booked up.

AI and robots can’t get to Lowe’s fast enough. After being told a dishwasher we bought was in stock at the store, but they couldn’t install it for two weeks I decided to just go get it. But it turns out it’s not actually in stock. Of course it took 20 minutes to find someone who could even tell me that. When I asked another red vested clown if other models were in stock he went to “check in the back“ and never came back. So 30 minutes later some other guy comes and he goes to “check in the back“. 10 minutes later he comes back to tell me none of the models are in stock.
Lowe’s is where time and patience go to die.

Austin called me yesterday and told me he would call me back to let me know a delivery time for my dishwasher. Austin did not call me back and Lowe showed up at my house at 6:45 AM as you know this would be very startling surprising and inconvenient for anybody, especially if you’re sleeping or resting because you work long hours. I called in the supervisor who refused to give me her name did nothing but trying to stick up for Austin telling me he wouldn’t have had any more information. I told her all he had to do was call me back and tell me that since he told me he would leave me a message anyway I have attached a picture of the Voice Mail transcript. There was absolutely zero accountability in the supervisor hung up. I will be going to Twitter Reddit in a few other places left until I get a response to this completely unprofessional from the employee, but now that I have spoken to the manager, I can see why there is no accountability at this store back to Home Depot. I go.

The selection of plants was great so I’ll give an extra However, an older gentleman employee with white hair stopped and asked two women (who I know happen to work for Pike nurseries and I assume he did too) if they needed help. They politely declined. I spoke up and said I needed help and he seemed completely uninterested in me. He gave me a curt answer to my question (and it didn’t even answer it) and did not seem to care about my business at all.
I just spent over $600 and honestly feel lousy that I gave this store my money.
