Another great Lowe's location. Easy to find plenty of parking for trailers and such as well. Close to food spots too. Clean parking lot. Great associate communication as well.

I would give this Lowes a 5 star rating, but had a bit of a problem when I tried to call the store.
First of all, the people working there were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Brandy in the paint department went a couple extra miles to do a paint match for my kitchen cabinets.
However, when I got home, I realized that I add inadvertently left a draw face that they were using to do the paint match on the counter. I tried calling the store and got the “new” AI assistant. After listening to my options I asked to “Talk to an associate”. The phone rang and rang and every now and then I would get the “we value you as a customer” message. I called once, waited 5 minutes and then hung up. I called once again, waited 5 minutes and then got in my car and drove 15 minutes to the store. On hold the whole time. When i got there, no phone was ringing, no one looked too busy. I hung up and asked to speak to a store manager. Five minutes later the assistant store manager, Tyler, showed up. I told him how great and helpful the associates were and then explained my phone call. He was very apologetic and said that i wasn’t the first to complain.
I don’t blame him or the associates. Clearly, this is a telephone system issue that needs to be addressed. Home Depot is 2 minutes away. If this isn’t addressed, people have another option and Lowe’s will lose customers.
Lowes HQ… you need to fix this. Don’t put the stores in jeopardy of losing sales because someone negotiated a great deal on a new communications system.
