- BFbryan f3 days ago1.0In Lowe's today, I couldnt find an item i had image on my phone. I asked a female employee near by for help and she immediately moved five feet away from me. I asked if something was wrong. She said i needed to maintain 6 feet of social distance. Uh, whuh? I asked how she was going to help me if she was six feet away? She then reinforced social distancing and glared at me. She is a paid customer service employee, working in the aisle i needed help in, but demanded social distance and never helped me. She is approx. 50 years old, bleach blond with glasses. Keep your "distance"

They want to take the damaged ones and refund without the delivery fees of 69$ Called them 3 times and they couldnt do anything but waste my time. Never again from Lowes. Taking my business to HomeDepot

I was standing around the dryer and washing machines when this young man by the name of Jayden came up to ask if I needed help. I told him everything I needed and he was nice enough to take me to the items . He gave excellent customer service. I wasn’t in the store no longer than 5 minutes. Thank you for your service!!!
- MHMitch HamptonMay 7, 20265.0went to the Huntersville location with my 91 year old friend to look at a zero turn lawn mower was met at the mowers by Mark he was very friendly and stayed with us the entire time and assisted in helping him get on and off the mowers until he found one he liked we were only looking and had planned to go to Home depot next but Mark was so friendly and helpful he decided to buy the toro so we went inside and completed the purchase. Mark explained warranty information and set up the delivery. Thanks for your help!

The employees do not know anything about the products, and you have to ask to be helped. They just sit there on their phones and have no awareness of customers in the store. Save yourself the time and frustration, and go somewhere else.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
