  After years of being on this company's mailing list, I finally spotted my ideal hot tub in an email--small, round, a little more stylish than all the others. And then I saw that this model had been discontinued so stock was limited, and no more would be made. But it was not the right time. I kept seeing it in emails, and it was never the right time financially or logistically for us to make the purchase. One day I saw that the last unit had sold--it was no longer on their website, and I was super bummed. I tried to put it out of my head, but honestly I really felt like it was THE ONE and I had waited too long to make a decision. Lo and behold, randomly this Summer I opened a Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle SALE announcement email and there it was! MY hot tub! It had been bought, but sat in storage waiting for its owners to be ready for it, but instead they decided to just return it. It felt like fate. I quickly got my partner on board, and contacted Phoebe who could not have been more helpful at every site prep step along the way, got us a great deal with lots of bonus accessories and supplies, even a deep clean! Even post-sale and install she is checking up on us with advice and kindness. And I finally have my DREAM hot tub just in time for Fall. We love it so much, even though it's still the blazing hot Carolina summer. Our whole experience with Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle and Phoebe has also been amazing, just above and beyond. Don't let YOUR hot tub slip away! Call Phoebe!

  From initial meeting, through purchase and now delivery and installation Phoebe and her team have been outstanding. If I could give them more stars I would. Jacuzzi hot tubs are on the higher end and yet they have provided excellent service quality and value. Phoebe is extremely knowledgeable about the products as well as market influences and pricing pressures. Alberto and his installers were on time, clearly knew what they were doing and we also pleasant and professional. All in all an outstanding experience. If I ever get another hot tub I will certainly call them again

  Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Truangle are the best! We were new to the Hot Tub game and Phoebe was amazing walking us through all of the chemicals we would need. They partner with Piedmont Spa service their technician David is the absolute best! He was so patient with us novice Hot Tub owners, answering all of our inane questions. If I could give David and Phoebe and the whole team 10 stars I totally would. Hire them now!!!!

  Amber and I would highly recommend jacuzzi hot tubs of the triangle. We have had our hot tub a little over a week now and it’s wonderful! But the main reason we would recommend them is because of Phoebe. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, pleasant and loves what she does and didn’t try to upscale us or anything. She listened to us back in January what our needs were and steered us in the direction that was the most suitable for us. Along the two months of production of our hot tub, she stayed in contact with us the entire time and the week of delivery was only a phone call a way to give us the best customer service we could ask for. And even afterwards, some companies move on after the sale is complete but not Phoebe, she helped us with the chemicals and directed us every step of the way. Ps. I think she was excited as much as we were the day the hot tub was delivered. Thank you!!!

  Absolutely awesome company & product! Shopping for a 1st hot tub in a highly dynamic market became an overwhelming experience. Additionally, I am a Program Manager by profession & have extremely high expectations of myself & all team members to reach a goal. Upon meeting Phoebe & her team @JHT, I knew these were people I wanted to do business. Phoebe started with what was important to us & we moved from there to products. They promoted their product offering, Jacuzzi, but did NOT trash their competitors. We purchased a product sight unseen & are enjoying it daily. It meets all our expectations & more. She is available for consultations with limited notice & is always super cordial. The delivery, install, electrical contractor recommended were all on point. I highly recommend JHT!
