Jacuzzi hot tubs are on the higher end and yet they have provided excellent service quality and value. Phoebe is extremely knowledgeable about the products as well as market influences and pricing pressures. Alberto and his installers were on time, clearly knew what they were doing and we also pleasant and professional. All in all an outstanding experience. If I ever get another hot tub I will certainly call them again
