If you need help finding something I suggest you go somewhere else, we were looking for a breaker replacement. The older man, Sam they sent to help us find it was rude unhelpful and uneducated on the items in the department he works, all he knew was“ all the breakers are right here.” Things we already knew, very unhelpful so we are taking our business elsewhere.

After ordering a new refrigerator and stove from Lowe’s of Easley SC and having a very bad experience, we decided to see if Lowe’s of Hendersonville, NC could help. The delivery team at Lowe’s of Easley did not reverse the door and took the part needed back with them when they left. All we needed was to have the door reversed on our new refrigerator. The appliance manager Brian at Lowe’s of Easley insisted all the delivery team needed to do was reverse the hinge. No new part was needed. Brian did not know his appliances and is definitely not customer oriented. He never returned any calls. We ended up with 3 delivery service calls and on the last call the delivery team broke a piece off my new refrigerator and still the door was not reversed! I was done with Lowe’s of Easley SC. Good news, Alex Cowan and his supervisor Shawn of Hendersonville came to the rescue. They took great care of us. Alex ordered us a new refrigerator and Shawn gave us a discount for all the trouble we went through with the Lowe’s of Easley. The new refrigerator was delivered without incident! Shawn made sure our refrigerator was pulled for delivery at the warehouse. Alex followed through with the delivery of the new refrigerator and pickup of the new former refrigerator. I highly recommend Alex Cowan for you appliance needs at Lowe’s of Hendersonville, NC. Thanks Alex and Shawn!

I purchased a $30 Primo rechargeable water pump from Lowe’s in January. By July, after only six months of normal use, it stopped charging completely. Lowe’s refused an exchange or store credit solely because it was outside the 90-day return window.
I would understand enforcing that policy if I had changed my mind, didn’t need the item, purchased the wrong item, etc. This was a defective product that failed prematurely through no fault of mine. Using a standard return policy to deny any assistance with defective merchandise is unacceptable.
I’ll be shopping at Home Depot instead. In my experience, they have been willing to provide store credit when a product fails prematurely rather than leaving the customer stuck with it.

My husband and I needed to ask Penny in cabinets about some trim pieces for our bathroom cabinets that were purchased through her. As always, she was happy to help and reached out to Shenandoah cabinet company to get what was needed. Her help was so appreciated and quick and easy.
While we were there, we decided to voice our disappointment over some of our kitchen cabinets ordered through Jim at the airport road Lowe’s. Penny was happy to listen and began to explain to us what we could do to remedy the disappointment. She even got on her computer to show us how to order the skins to cover the cheap vinyl sides on our bar. Although, this is not at all where it ended. Penny then called Kraftmaid to speak with them about our options, and with her help, the Kraftmaid vendor is going to send us skins and faux doors to complete the look we thought we were getting to begin with. I wanted to hug her and literally skip out of the store as our entire visit was an overwhelmingly blessed time. I am excited about our kitchen again and cannot thank Penny and Kraftmaid enough.
